Just went in today, pretty last minute to pick up a pork butt roast for Christmas Eve, and there were none on the shelves. I explained to a lady in a bumbling way what I was looking for, and she asked how big I wanted it, and said she'd look in the back. Finding there were none ready, she informed me that the butcher would cut one for me right now. The store was packed with folks picking up orders and doing the same last-minute bumbling I was and they still took the time to ask what I wanted, and then make a custom cut, all the while in the friendliest way. That, and the meat looks amazing. Antibiotic free, grain fed, local. I'll make the extra stop there for meat from now on, great experience.

Nesvogs is a great butchery. Lots of different meats to try, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The chicken boxes are extremely reasonable on pricing as well.
