The kabobs were amazing! I found out that they sell lamb speducci so I got a box to try them out. They literally beat out any other butcher shops that I’ve had from Woodbridge. I will definitely return for more! They also have a whole fridge wall of wild game meat, I’ll try that next!

I recently went and purchased Hamburger, I took it home placed it in the fridge and it went bad overnight.. When I opened the package the next day it smelled funny and was discolored. Nothing like spending 15.00 on meat that was possibly bad to begin with.. Will not be going back to this store.. Though Customer service was pleasant the Store meat on display looked aged and dried out.

bought 3 "fresh" steaks here on the weekend for $45, looked fine in the display case, when I got home the bottoms were dried out and hard like they'd been sitting out a long time) - there is no way the butcher didn't know about it (you could easily tell just by touching it). I'd recommend you find another butcher

This is not my first time buying from Copari just my first review. After buying what I call freezer filler packages I can not bring myself to buy meat elsewhere. Every thing I have purchased is incredible. There is a huge difference between fresh cut meat and whatever you see in the big chain freezers. When you walk in you feel like family. I went to look and see what they had. "Fresh" meat looks dried out like it's been there for a while. Kabobs looked good but do many and sitting in a congealed liquid/blood. No thanks would never buy anything here. Not sure how they pass inspection.

Fast, friendly and helpful. I wanted to try prime rib in the air fryer and they cut a 4lb peice for me right there. This was the best prime rib I've ever had and I've had a few. If anyone was nervous to try the air fryer, don't be! I rubbed with oil and seasoning, 400 for 20 minutes then 350 until 130 degrees. Rested for 20 as it rose to 148 degrees. Was so tender and juicy. Your toothless grandparents could eat it. I will be back as I can see they have a ton of other types of meats to try as well.
