I was pleasantly surprised, on my very first visit here. The service was impeccable, superior quality meats, they even cut a part for me which is not usually sold on it's own because that's exactly what I was looking for and put it on the side for me, all this because i simply called to ask if they had what i was looking for - best piece of meat I ever got from a butcher. Staff friendly, they work with a passion and definitely by the looks of it you can tell they know exactly what they're doing and can do it with eyes closed. Staff is loyal and devoted. Everything is clean, well kept. This butcher definitely marked me, and I'll be going back again and again!

Absolutely gem of a butcher shop!! Great ownership and staff. As a first time customer, I was greeted by one of the owners, who's name I didn't get but it was a sign of the level of care they service clients with. Great details about the cuts of meat, accompaniments, farms where the produce was sourced locally, etc. It was a warm and welcoming, "family-esque" introduction to the butcher shop. Left with 3 Angus steaks as well as some oxtail, (hard to find good cuts of oxtail in the area). I'm definitely going to visit this place at bare minimum 1 a month to stock up. Aged beef cuts available, premium quality cuts at that. I highly recommend the establishment based just on the service alone. Pics attached for those curious!

I went there twice to order sandwiches since Christmas and both times I was told that they weren't selling any at that particular time (lunch time) during the week and the last time the cashier told me that they weren't making them because they were on a "break" and offered me a piece of bread...
