Service is horrible! The owner gives lip service instead of customer service. Just too bad that businesses should dismiss clients needs easily. Would defintly not recommend this place nor for service or product quality for that matter. Especially, be weary of the chicken breasts they sell. They vary in colour, and have no filets also, are cut in ways in ways that are unrecognizable. So for all of you that want to go ahed and use the services well, GOOD LUCK!!!

The butcher prepared us all the freshly ground pork, the exact amount of salt for the meat as well as the casings to make wonderful homemade Italian sausages. Couldn't be better service and product, or nicer. Thanks so much.

When your looking for quality meats (fresh and homemade) you’ve come to the right place!! Johnny the owner is the main man who knows his meat business and can give advice on helping you make your sausages or other homemade cured meats ...my mom and I buy all our pork meat for homemade sausages....they weigh all the ingredients, so all you have to do is mix and dry them!! If you looking for cheap prices...go somewhere else...like they say, “ you pay for what you get”!! GM BOUCHERIE for quality and service!
