Been Coming Here Off And On The Past Year And I've Never Had A Complaint And Still Don't. This Place Is On The Ball, They Know Their Stuff And Customer Satisfaction Is Their Top Priority. We Noticed Our Meat Was A Bit Shy After Buying A Box Deal - Called Them Up To Explain And Was Treated With So Much Respect And Understanding That I Won't Go Anywhere Else To Buy My Meats From Now On. And Btw, Their Donaire Meat Is Soooo Delicious. I Mean Everything Is, But You Gotta Try The Donaire Meat. The Nice Lady At The Cash Is Also A Machine, She Moves So Fast And Is So Friendly. If You Haven't Shopped Here Then You Have To Try It! Thanks! 10/10

I purchased the freezer pack 1 and found the price to be really good, however the meat that I did receive was freezer burnt badly. The hamburger meat and porkchops had burnt makes on them and were not fit for cooking. It is nice that they offered to refund my money, but I think I'll just with the fresh meats from now on.
