I have been passing this shop for months on my drive to work and finally decided to stop in this morning but I was surprised by the fact that they weren’t wearing ???? masks and to be honest, what bothered me even more then that was the lack of interest that I’d even entered their establishment. The owner was helping a gentleman that arrived before me but he just spoke in their language and pretty much acted as though I wasn’t even there. Poor customer service and I work in the customer service industry. A simple hello to acknowledge me would’ve sufficed but they couldn’t even do that. Will not be attempting a second visit.

Cool little butcher shop with all Ontario meat, owners are awesome people too. They carry their own sauces as well as other local products. One is Everythang Sauce by Canokie Foods of Hamilton, and the company is raising money to fund an addiction program. The sauce us great too!

I recently went to Commisso to purchase steak after a long search for a good authentic butcher. The (bone in rib) steaks I purchased were beyond exceptional. The best steak my family and I ever had. Their prices were incredibly fair for the quality and size. We had 1.5 inch steaks cut to order. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s well worth the 30 minute drive for me.
