Best place in town to pick up fresh or frozen meats. Their ground beef is excellent, and so is their sausages. Their frozen hamburgers are not made in house but are delicious. If you haven't stopped in before, you have to give this place a try!

We have had 3 large meat orders in the last two years. Our last order had bacon that had gone off, the hamburger was flavorless and the roast was stringy. Never ordering from Meatland again. Very disappointing.

This place was horrible! My freezer pack was litterly meat from the food store thrown in the freezer! No freezer paper no vacuum seal was a totally joke !

This was the first time we been here after a recommendation from my wife's coworker. I can definitely say that after having the pork chop we were very pleased. We haven't had chops this good and tender for at least 3 years. Will definitely go back..... We have found our permanent butcher. All the staff were very helpful

Good service, nicely laid out store. Negatives. Got a 17.99 lb NY Striploin to try out. Would not go back. Steak was already too flimsy when taken out of the fridge. To me the taste, cut was a AA if that and not Canadian AAA. From my perspective I get better steaks at farm boy or other large groceries in the GTA.

I used to really love this place. However out of my last 5 or 6 visits I have only been satisfied one time. Been getting tough cuts and not what I ask for.. If I had more options I probably would not go back.

If you're tired of waiting to be served, standing in line to pay, or looking for someone to help you find the specific cut of meat you were looking for Meatland is for you. Always had great service, and never hesitant to ask for specialty cuts.

This place is a total joke. Walked in at 4:35 on a Saturday and asked for 3 ribeyes. 4 young guys standing behind the counter talking with each other, and when I asked they claimed that all they had left was three t-bones. In other words, all they had pre-packed was 3 t-bones and they were too lazy to cut some steaks. Either that, or Meatland has no meat. Not exactly the cleanest looking place either. Sketchy.

Just bought a brisket this morning for the smoker. Price was fantastic :) Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and VERY helpful! They even held open the door for us on the way out! Excellent customer service. We will be back!

4 stars only because of packaging, I purchased a $399 freezer variety pack, got home, opened the box and saw it was all wrapped in plastic and Styrofoam. This kind of packaging cannot be acceptable anymore, we are choking on plastic, globally. The service, quality of the meat was excellent. I will be back but only if I have an option for environmentally friendly packaging. WE ALL HAVE TO DO OUR PART. More plastic in our oceans by 2050 than fish, by weight!

Even today when everything else sucks they were amazing and had me laughing and feeling better about my own personal family BBQ for tonight.

An extremely disappointing experience today. The four Ribeyes I bought (paying the premium price of $43 dollars for them) were poorly cut (butchered in every sense of the word) and tough as an old mare's haunch. Will not return and would not recommend this place to anyone I care about.
