I would not recommend public meats too my friends,my family or co-workers We recently purchased a mini bq pack from public meats absolutely uneceptable processed hamburger patties, a box of chicken bones, a box of steak thickness of a pork chop terrible cut, thin ribs have basically no meat on them another terrible cut, My mom is a older lady I feel she was taking advantage of bye the employee, I would have never purchased there terrible bq pack, I just want everyone to know the experience that we have had with pubic meats so you don't get taken advantage off and ruin you bq season and waste your money. They ran out of cabbage rolls around Christmas. They should know the neighbourhood their in and know that there are a lot of Mennonites that LOVE their cabbage rolls to add to their Christmas feast. Not very well organized

Every time I go in, the staff are cleaning shelves, filling/emptying boxes and doing whatever and when I come in they go straight to the meat counter and grab the meat. I asked to have the meat cut, and even though she grabbed a sheet of paper to pick it up, then I saw the girl handling it with her bare hands as the butcher cut it. Disgusting!!! WHY CAN THEY NOT WASH THEIR HANDS OR USE DISPOSABLE GLOVES WHEN SEVERING CUSTOMERS. I used to go in several times a month but I will not be back. I will try the butcher on Springfield Rd.
