Fantastic products. Fantastic service. Love to cook wings - Carvers has the best in the city as far as our family is concerned. Always fresh, no broken bones and reasonably priced. Steaks - beef or pork are amazing. We also love to smoke pork belly and we have not found better. The personal and knowledgable service is very good and hard to find in larger stores.

They've got the leanest hamburger that you'll find anywhere. It costs a bit more, but you're buying more meat and less fat so that makes up for it.

If you are looking for a thick T BONE steak for BBQing (1 1/2 to 2 inches) this is the place to get them CUT TO ORDER! Well aged, netted meat with the proper fat content. Also excellent 5 to 7 lb chicken that are ideal for smoking (when In Season).

Carvers is our go to butcher shop. Thier dry aged beef is so much better tasting than typical grocery store fare, and thier prices are comparable. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I like the variety of local products available here. I thought there used to be a wider variety of Bothwell cheeses than there was this trip. Prices are comparable to grocery stores and here you can get locally produced items and stuff you won't find there.

Always greeted with a smile. Their Filet steaks are the best you can find in winnipeg at the best price. $20-$25 for 4 we lived on these in the summer. Also love their ground beef and pre-seasoned fresh pork chops. Everything is so much better than you can get at the store and always always cheaper. Who dosen't love saving money without sacrificing quality?

My husband and I went to a dinner party last year. Our friends made us these incredible Filet Mignons, OMG melt in your mouth… We were hooked. Now we only eat Carvers beef , pork and chicken. You pay for what you get… I live out of town so I am always ordering over the phone, the staff are so friendly (Josie) and knowledgeable. I trust them and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work ….
