don't bring your deer or anything else here. between them using a meat pool and over charging ($1000 for a deer) quality has gone down drastically!

The ground lamb was fabulous. Used some in a curry dish that was exceptionally good with almost no waste from fat. Made burgers with another batch... also totally yummy. Slow cooked another batch with dried fruit.. way better than the shoulder roasts I used previously with that process .

First time there yesterday! Beef jerky is amazing! Best I’ve had! Had Al cut me a steak and he was very nice and helpful. Not sure why people say grumpy! Our first impression was good and will definitely be back!

Would not recommend. Owner is rude and service was horrible. I just watched the employee (Old man, probably the owner) treat an elderly lady like garbage. Then when I asked how much a single piece of beef jerky would cost, the employee huffed and rolled his eyes at me, Like I was wasting his time. So I asked for a bag of dog bones . I had purchased a bag in the past and it was 2 dollars, so I was surprised when he charged me $5.50. When I asked why it wasn't 2 dollars he leaned forward and said with a rude tone ."It's only 2 dollars if you buy something." Lots of butcher shops out there .Skip this one!

Great place to get your deer processed. Love the chorizo sausage and garlic deer sausage. Also grinds up everyone's deer individually. Other places will mix everyone's deer together and then give them back what was put in as lbs so its a mix of other peoples deer. Not this place.

Great products with fair prices! Im not sure why other reviews mention a grumpy sort of guy, he seemed more like a no-nonsense kinda guy to me and more than happy to cut up the meat packages we requested. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Just BBQed a rib eye, probably the best we've ever had, looking forward to to the other meat we purchased. Try it You'll like it.
