The customer service is really awful, the store smells really bad and nothing is clean. All the things that they sell are expired. The small guy that works in the front thinks he's a big deal but in reality, he is just a little scammer who started a business. He does not have the knowledge and the work ethic to run a business nor the attitude it takes to manage a store. He doesn't know how to respect his customers and treat them nicely. After filing a complaint to the (ACIA) Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments, they got fined for selling expired and contaminated food and product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL! IT IS NOT WORTH IT, YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING!!!

Overall the store is good, especially after renovations. But their takeout food service is awful. Ate there twice and both times were disappointed. Orders were mistaken both times (ex: ordered a donner and got a shawarma instead), lady didn't put a fork or at least a spoon for kebab+rise, no napkins. So finally, hungry, you are opening the pack with your order and even cannot eat it. And they even were not busy at this time and served only us.

The shadiest store I've ever been to. They are really low on hygiene. Everything is expired and believe me, they are trying to get rid of all the expired products by selling each and every single one of them to poor customers, which is something they should not do ... The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) is the law that helps protect people in Canada from unsafe products. Under the law, companies who sell, import, advertise or manufacture consumer products in Canada must make sure products are safe. According to law, they are not following the rules given by the province of Quebec. Therefore, they can end up with a massive case that can lead to a lawsuit. The service is legitimately bad. The owner is not honest and has no respect. I will make sure to contact Media platforms such as 'Protegez-Vous', 'TVA' and a bunch of other news outlets. One thing to remember is that we are the customers and we're always right. We have the voice and the power to shut down theses unhealthy and bad stores. You should certainty buy your groceries somewhere else. This store is really really bad and it must close.

The store has been increasing the prices for most of the goods recently too much. Some goods has suddenly increased for up to 30% for no logic reasons, such as, bread that has increased from 1.5$ to 2$ per piece although floor and workers wages didn’t change in the market! Meet has increased as well. I used to spend (350$-400$) a month at this store, but after this no sense doing, I switched to another stores.
