Fantastic fresh baked Tourtière and the crust was delightfully flaky and so delicious when out of the oven cooling off on the spot just before lunch time on a Saturday. There meats are known to be primarily of local origin, the cold cuts and sausages are artisan made including an offering of Quebec cheeses. To note: They are a Lufa Farms pick-up point, so while waiting you can browse a selection of local micro beers on hand to pickup with your shopping.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Very helpful staff, willing to get you anything you need. The only thing that they can be accused of is being too helpful. Ordered pig cheeks for guanciale and they took out all the fat and glands and I was left with little nuggets of meat. Made and excellent braise, but not what I was going for. Other time I wanted a whole hind leg to cure as a ham, but it was cut in two. Again, they were just trying to be helpful and I should have explained exactly what I wanted. I don't think a lot of people do their own charcuterie and smoking as I do.
