I always come here to get my steaks. They are so nice and know their stuff. They will also vaccum pack your food if you ask so you can keep it longer or freeze. Apparently they're know for their short ribs, made some in my Dutch oven. It was marvelous, fall of the bone beauty.

This is a supurb butcher shop. The staff are super friendly and will do anything for you. Everything is fresh, tasty and delicious tasting, even the home made spaghetti sauce, though a tad greasy, is really good.

Purchased a roast here for a dinner party. It turned out to be the absolute worst piece of meat I have ever purchased: tough and veiny; ruined the entire meal. Will never ever purchase food from this butcher again.
