Alors qu’il faisait autre chose en même temps, ce qui décrivait pour moi une difficulté à s’arrêter et à douter de l’écoute véritable que j’avais de sa part, j’ai simplement commencé par lui dire je ne saisis pas pourquoi 3 de vos employés ne portent pas de masque. Il a osé répondre qu’ils en portaient! J’ai pointé vers l’arrière du comptoir en disant mais 3 employés ne le portent pas! Je les vois parler au dessus de la vie et c’est inacceptable. J’ai eu comme réponse: c’est pas facile de porter un masque pendant 12 heures et ce n’est pas facile entendre (malaise, les masques ne se portent pas sur les oreilles); ils prennent des pauses mais ils les portent. Réponse qui se faisait alors que monsieur faisait autre chose. J’ai attendu qu’il s’arrête pour avoir un peu plus de son attention, ce qui n’était pas facile, et je lui ai dit, pendant que j’attendais, un de vos employés parlait avec un client. Je voyais ses postillons aller sur les saucissons, c’est encore moins admissible.
