Horrible they never answer the phone. To respond to the owner: your a flat out liar, I did not swear at you as I have a call recorder. I basically told you in arabic "ya 3ab il shoum you guys never answer your phones or messages" so in English "shame on you why dont you answer your phones and messages". So please do not lie and say I verbally abused your employee or you because that is not true. If you had more class you could have responded with an apology but you have no class.

Mona's is a friendly, well stocked little gem hidden off the main road. The staff are very helpful, remember you, and are happy to make recommendations. They will trim your order and pack it before your eyes. Clean, well stocked and friendly, what more could you ask for? *No pork, just a fyi. For that you must adventure elsewhere.

Great grocery store for Mediterranean and Arabic foods and accessories. They also have a very good butcher that knows how to cut Meats for Arabic dishes and it is fresh and they can also take orders and leave it on the side for you to pick up at your convenience.

Good place to get fresh meat. All halal meat like lamb, chicken and beef in economical price. Looking for fresh meat, this is the place where you gotta be. Although the other items in the shop is little expensive than other supermarkets, the meat section is worth a visit.

Second time ordering from here and there are things missing. 1st time i let it go and when my husband called back from my number they ignored it - he had to call from a separate number to get a hold of him and they want us to call back tomorrow after 12 to ask for our missing items. They try to pull a fast one over your head... How unprofessional - not only that its hard to communicate with them! Never using this place again and wouldn't suggest it to others either.

As a Muslim, we don't have lots of choices where to buy halal meat or middle eastern products, so we won't look at the prices cause they all the same. This one is okay and bigger than Aladin and have lots of choices. The difference here is that you can get a loyalty program. No card needed and it is free to be part of it. You earn points (5000 points) and you get 5$ off of your next shopping. Also, they text you when specials arrive which is cool too. For the apparence, there are too much products for small space, results: a bit messy in some corners. I would go there again and yes I recommend this place. Remember brothers and sisters, you don't have lots of choices.

In 2018 I moved to London Ontario from Toronto. My knowledge about Toronto was like a google, but when I moved to London I was wondering where to get Hala Meat. On 2018 Eid Day, after celebration in the Mosque the man I asked for information told me to follow him and brought me to MONA’S. That day I locked my key in the car, and waited 3 hours to get spare key from my home. Since then I am addicted to MONA’S. There customer welcoming is great and, they have best Meat quality. For me especially, when I am served meat product by Ahmed wonderful nice young man the meat pleases me in my mouth. Thank you for your service, don’t change your greatness. ASELAMWALEKUM.

I hoped there was a zero , even one star is too much, bad and rude workers, customer services should be hired and trained to have good attitude, and how to respect the customers and help them not just how to count money, my first visit and sure my last one, many other options are available even if they are farthest a little bit than the Mona at least they have better and respectful customer services.
