Absolutely love this place! The rib-eye steak on a bun is definitely a favourite. I drove an hour and a half the other day just for it. Customer service also amazing. Pictures don't do this place justice its amazing!!!!

I'm new to London and this is the first Arabic grocery shop I try -I knew they are a restaurant as well but I needed a grocery and there they are. They have the basics and they'll offer their help but the place can be more organized. They don't have a menu but the baked fatter or manaqeesh are listed in shop, they'll let you know what's available. While there they received an order for a Kofts tray ..i didn't know if this is a regular service or a personal thing. In a nutshell, they are friendly but you don't know all the services unless you keep asking. The prices of this things I bought seemed reasonable (in comparison to Oakville), but I'll yet to know more about that with time.

They don’t wear masks. When I asked why he said we don’t want to. He said he would put one on if I wanted. Which I don’t think is how it’s supposed to work. My sandwich was great and my fries were soggy. I stood around the store for 5 minutes before any staff appeared to take my order. They’re kind and the place is family owned but there’s definitely some next level ignorance going on here. Worth the drive to pita pita.

Abdu and his Son are super friendly and fine butchers. Their aged beef is the finest I've had. Try one of their 2" thick Angus steaks and you'll be back for more. Great people and experience!!!! AAAA+

Very great place to eat and for quality meats. They have great combos they for a great price. I got a 14oz homemade angus burger with fries and a drink for $11.99. Burger was fresh and cooked on a fire grill. Very good. Fries where great as well. Also have great hummus and other items. Must try the garlic sauce with the fries. If in London and hungry you must eat here..

I called local butcher around where I live to ask some basic questions, and they all seemed so disorganized. Except Laziz. I went there same day, and was totally pleasantly surprised. And I've been to plenty of butchers in my time. But the store was very well organized, clean, bright, inviting and filled w some much stuff. I could spend some good time just browsing. The guy who helped was very accommodating and while I was waiting for him to bring out some meat some other employee who entered in the store who did not know I was already being served asked if I was. Very good customer service. When I ordered all the meat I needed the guy that was helping me asked if I was walking, or driving home, and since I sd I was walking he said he was going to separate the bags so it would be easy to carry. All of this without having to prompt him. When I was about to be cashed out he apologized for the wait, even though there was hardly a wait. Very happy with this experience. Going back again for sure.

We bought goat meat from this place and the meat was extremely stale , dried out and hard as cardboard. I called the shop to explain this , but they even refuse to hear you out and are super rude .Definitely not shopping there ever. Beware !

I got a chicken wrap combo. The chicken was old and cold, the guy put hummus for me when I clearly said I didn’t want any. The wrap was way too saucy and everything was falling out. The guy making the wrap wasn’t even wearing gloves, and the fries were also way too under cooked

The food is A+. Amazing delicious huge jumbo burgers the size of your head which I like. Best beef salami anywhere. If you go, order something fresh made to get the full experience. The pizzeria side of things are good but don't outshine the burger /shawarma side. Never disappointed. Consistently good. Friendly happy service. Great butcher that goes the extra mile. I feel like a valued customer.

Ordered the $14.99 deal, that came with, garbage bread sticks, small undercooked, pizza, and 2 months old hard chicken wings, brought the chicken wings, back and the stubborn old owner told me it was my fault for “ordering something that I didn’t like”. Will never ever come back, all the food is expired because this old hag gets no business. DO NOT COME HERE. All of the 5 star reviews are either friends or family members or fake accounts. Do yourself a favour and please don’t bring you’re family here.

Laziz Meats played a big factor in this decision. Their meat literally changed my life! I have never tasted meat so fresh and delicious in my entire life. The owner is very, very rude and aggressive. He doesn't know how to treat customers at all. He gets angry very easily. He can't even pretend to be 'nice.' Also, the food is really rotten and too expensive. Very few people come to this restaurant, so most of the food is old and expired, not halal. They raise all their prices up to compensate for the lack of customers there. The amount or portions of food you would get are also not fair for the costs you are expected to pay. Don't waste your money here. This is the worst restaurant.

We had 2 shawarma sandwich there. We ordered meat and chicken but one we received was all beef and lamb. More over, the old man I think the owener did not use gloves and touched all Lettus and tomato with bare hands. When I remind him to use the gloves he said it is against company policy!

How does this shop get so many 5 star reviews? Is it a bunch of family members or fake accounts? I think so. Every time I've been to this place its been empty, I once ordered a shawarma, and asked them to heat it up on the grill because it looked cold, and the owner argued with me. If you go to the gas station right across from it, the people there will tell you about how rude and bad the food is. "I wont give that place a cent" is what I was told when I asked a friend to go there. And they were right, the food is bland, they give you old meat burger that you can tell is grey. And there sauces have no flavor. If you want a true shawarma place, go to "the shish", Babylons, or barakat. Even western deli down the road has much better tasting food then them. Overall, the owner has very bi polar moods. Another time I came in, and he was eating and as soon as I entered to order food he looked angry that I was taking time from his meal. In all, I hope this place closes down soon, or some how changes its food and behavior. The son that works there is a very nice person though.

Laziz used to be great. I moved from London in 2014 and it is not nearly the same as it was. Gone here a few times in the past few years or so and have gotten sick every time. They don't wear gloves, hand washing is a second thought. Hygiene is just not right here. The actual meat is clearly old, as evidenced by the fact that they need to MICROWAVE IT after taking it off the rotisserie. It's a family run business, and the young employees that work here are rockstars. They work hard, they have good customer service. The standards set in place by their parents are just abysmal. Second last time I went the owner was arguing and yelling at his wife while she was preparing food... If you like food poisoning and uncomfortable vibes this is the spot for you nowadays.

Amazing Service and Incredible Quality. Very personable and really knows his meats. They offered to prepare the meat exactly how we wanted it. Definitely the place to go when looking for that special piece of meat - lamb or goat. Always call ahead as it is a small shop and certain cuts can always sell out. The critical reviews by others talking about the smell of meat in the air obviously have never been to a real butcher shop before but only places which sell prepackaged meats.

My husband came back home pleasantly surprised that the owner was super friendly this time around (compared to the previous times we went). My husband ordered chicken from him. The owner asked him if he was going to freeze the chicken today when he got home (and yes we were). The owner volunteered to wash the chicken for him and even gave him extra pieces. How generous! When we got home, and I opened up the bags of chicken my husband brought back, to our dismay, they literally smelled and looked like they only had ONE more day left on them before they went bad. So we know why he was so nice today. We just got scammed into paying full price for old chicken.

First of all this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star if there was a 0 I’d give them a 0 we told the lady walk in special we’ll pay the difference for extra toppings she said okay I ended up paying 15 for just a small pizza and when we sat down the owner came up to us and said we didn’t pay for our pops (it comes with a pop for walk in special), I also bought a dipping sauce that was just garlic in a cup & also got chicken on my pizza that was hard n crunchy from the shawarma rostiery

Worst Eid lunchI have ever had in my life. Just walking in that place it smells like burnt chicken and sweat. Ordered the 1lb honey garlic wings, and Shawarma combo for my wife. Wings were unbelievably hard and old I could literally taste it. Wife said that her shawarma was undercooked and fries were very damp. I honestly have no idea how this place gets 5 stars I’m honestly thinking it’s just the owner making new accounts or his family members. Please do yourself a favour and do not come her unless you wanna break you’re teeth on old hard chicken wings. Probably would of got sick if I had finished them all. Disgusting.
