They all seem always super overwhelmed , no one greets customers on the way in or out. They do not seem to understand or are aware of COVID-19! they are not aware of the pandemic at all, they are in the lala land. No Plexiglass between cashier and customers. As soon as u step ull notice most of them having the mask down to their chin including the owner and lady cashier and few at the back. Apart from the young man (left cashier). Sometimes once customers gets closer to cashier the owner will decided to pull up his mask. Ill give him two stars for that. ????

Not pleasant experience at all the staff not friendly and the worse I bought from them this Monday passed Turkey sausage and when i went home to cook it guess what I found the expiry date was March 25 2021,I'm shocked and disgusted to my core and I felt very angry The sausage was slippery and gross,I feel so angry and I'm glad I saw the expiry date. I will never step again there at all .

Poor quality meat with loads of fat. It was packed in such a way that the fat was at the bottom so it appeared neat from the outside. Would rather buy halal from Wal-Mart as the prices are almost the same but at least the meat is of much better quality with almost no fat at all. Such a shame really disappointed.

New owner is terrible, they don't know how to cut meat for steaks always uneven, customer service is terrible, the employees are always arguing in front of customers, they never thank the customer, when I buy from there it's as if they are doing me favour by shopping there. Update: Today I walk in at 8:51 pm and they close at 9 pm, the employee at the cash register instead of a greeting he yells out "brother you have 1 minute we are closing, only 1 minute". I tell him it's only 851 and you close at 9, he says no it's 855 we go by this clock and he points to a big manual clock beside him. I showed him the time on my cell phone and he still insists that he went by the clock hanging on the wall as per their manager's instructions. Absolutely disgusted by this and the way customers are treated there. Never will I step foot in this establishment again.

Variety of food and halal meat, and organized, but you don’t pay the prices as marked on shelves, I was charged almost double of the marked price, when I reached home and checked the bell, I was shocked, I called the shop he was ready for refunds but he was rude by saying: I am busy and I have no time to spend for talking. Check your stuffs and the price you charged for before you leave. Lots of free parking.

Very rude people working there; this was my first and last time ; I endup without buying bcz of worker; I come here to buy meat today. The butcher agree to give meat from already hald lamb shoulder piece and then another guy appear and he said buy all or leave it; Butcher already cut meat for me . And we both looking at that guy face ; and I come out without buying as it was disrespectful when some one already weigh the meat and another interupt and start giving new orders

My wife was in your store this Sunday Dec-5-2021. A person attended wearing NO MASK with label saying he is not wearing because of medical condition. Okay wear a face covering at least. My wife asked him meat and asked to have them in small pieces and he was very rude and said 'I KNOW MY JOB'. The same person last Sunday I was in and asked for meat and chicken, he was very rude and in front of customers, he told "BROTHER HERE AFTER ON SUNDAY CALL AND COME. I'M ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AND VERY BUSY". BUT TO THE OTHER PERSON HE SPOKE NICE IN ARABIC. WHY? THAT IS NOT THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS WHO GIVE YOU BUSINESS. VERY BAD AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR. ______________________________________________________________________ Your explanation makes no sense. All I ask is to respect the customers who come to your store. I have seen your copy and paste comments to customers who say you are rude. it is "short in staff". That does not give you any rights to speak like that to any customers. We only asked for small pieces. There was no need to say "I know my job". I can take pictures and put here the pieces you cut with so much of fat. But this argument will never end. Your meat has been the best. We have been there for 5 years and never had any issue. I've seen many leave the place and get another job. If you are busy on Sunday to take customers request, how are you going to have time to answer the call? My wife felt very hurt and was very much disturbed that Sunday. She was literally in tears. The reason I sent her was you were rude to me. So what if you answer her question twice? did you loose anything answering her question once more? YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO BE RUDE TO MY WIFE OR ANY CUSTOMER S FOR THAT. YOU MAY HAVE THE BEST MEAT BUT IF WE DONT GET SELF RESPECT, THEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MEAT.

Chicken quality is so bad even chicken took more than 1 hour to cook. Also not good in taste if complaint them they never accept that there is problem in chicken always say cook earlier last time i picked the same day but problem is still there chicken not cook properly even i took long time to cook but not works,may be chicken ???? is not fresh or i dont know ... I only purchase from Aladdin because other stores are so far but now i should move.

Service at this store is the most atrocious I have ever seen. The guy at the counter might be away for 15 minutes even though he sees you. I doubt if they can hear customers calling them too. Owners have not heard of customer service in their lifetime. Workers have attitudes towards others.

One of my favorite grocery stores. This is the best place to get Goat (or any other) Meat in London!! I am specifically talking about goat meat as that is what I get the most... however, the chicken, beef etc. is also always fresh! I have been going here for a few years now and NOT ONCE has the meat been bad or "not fresh"! Their prices for goat meat are also the BEST in London!!! Kareem, the owner is a great guy and always greets you when he's around! Yes, sometimes you might have to wait a bit when they're busy but I don't see a problem if you are getting GUARANTEED FRESH meat...I love this place!!! Thanks Kareem!

We ordered meat and confirmed multiple times that we would collect on a certain day as we don't live in London and travel from another town. They refused to give the meat and closed early. The biggest unreasonable priik owner I ever met. Was in store without a mask neither were any of the employees. I guess they only hire people with health issues regarding masks only. Went in to buy meat today. I asked what kind he has and price? He said two kinds. I asked which one is better with more fat content. Started becoming a loon and said haven’t you brought meat before and what a silly question don’t know what to buy. I said no first time. then he walks away and said I only have one kind of meat. All this talk for nothing. 1

A great find to locate hard to find products. Things that aren't necessarily carried in the standard grocery store or the go to Asian market for hard to find items, Aladdin's food may have it! I found my hard to find items I needed. Not a lot of stock that is gluten free. Staff were pleasant and friendly to answer questions. A definite try if you are in the market of hard to find products. #localguides

Unprofessional savage owner In store who has no clue about the meat and when asked about the meat, he replied I have to take whatever he gives me.Also, I asked him to wear a mask and he replied, he have a medical condition.
