Je suis nouvelle dans le secteur et j’ai été faire un tour pour découvrir cette boucherie , qui selon les notes GOOGLE est bien notée. Arrivée sur place , tout les produits du prêt-à-manger étais datés de 4-5-7 jours avant la date de la journée. Viande , poisson ou volaille , c’est toujours 4-5 jours de date. C’est degeulasse. Vous voulez avoir beaucoup de variétés ? Pourquoi ne pas faire en petite quantité , mais plus souvent? Je vous ai laissé plusieurs chance et c’est toujours la même chose, jamais de fraîcheur. J’étais une bonne cliente , mais comme plusieurs autres personnes, je préfère me redigirer vers IGA ou METRO qui eux n’ont pas peur de faire les repas du prêt-à-manger la journée même. J’espere sincèrement qu’un inspecteur de la MAPAQ va passer et vous apprendre qu’est-ce que la salubrité allimentaire , car clairement , ce côté-la, vous ne l’avez pas. (Original) J'ai demandé un poulet puisqu'il n'y en avait plus dans le comptoir. Le boucher est allé m'en chercher un en arrière, emballé dans du plastique sur un plat jetable et sans indication de provenance. Quand il me l'a tendu, j'ai demandé d'où venait ce poulet (j'aime toujours connaître d'où vient la viande que je mange et les conditions d'élevage de l'animal). Le boucher m'a répondu : « Il vient du Québec, Madame! ». Wow, je m'en doute bien qu'il vient du Québec... l'objet de ma question était de savoir précisément d'où. Franchement, lorsque l'on met les pieds dans une boucherie, la clientèle est en droit de s'attendre à pouvoir connaître la traçabilité des produits qu'elle achète. De plus, cela fait 3 poulets que j'achète à ce commerce, et 2 fois sur 3 le poulet était odorant et visqueux, ce qui est signe que la viande n'est plus bonne. Pourtant il était indiqué emballé le jour même. Je ne consommerai plus de viande à ce commerce et je vais me contenter des pâtisseries.
