4hi i have been eating your smoked sausage for alot of years. And the last year has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs with the tasye and quality. I dont know what happened . its been half cooked and its been barely spiced. Last batch was good . but this batch is horrible . i have never had it this bad. Im sorry but horrible.

We just got shorted 5 bags of meat. Their word against ours but we won't have beef for ourselves this year as we have to give ours to those promised it. Wondering about the frequency of this. I know things are crazy busy and accidents happen but as small time farmers this loss really hurts. ????
