Theyre very knowledgeable of their craft. Meat is locally sourced and they only work one carcass at a time so the selection can sometimes be "what we have". The only thing keeping them from a five star review is that the prices can be a little high - though I suppose you're paying for quality.

An incredible local butcher. I love that their labels include details about where the animal was raised and what they were fed. Always get great recommendations and all their products are local. Each month, they release a "saucisse du mois", with interesting combinations and flavours found nowhere else. They also set up farm visits to further your food education. Keep up the great work!
