My boyfriend asked for a specialty product (double smoked bacon) — they insisted they had it and guided him to a product that was clearly not it: regular smoked bacon, and labelled as such. He went to leave but they continued to insist it was double-smoked; so we bought it. Alas. Guess how smokey the bacon was. Not very!
