I've been to this shop a few times. It didn't really stand out in terms of selection compared to others. I purchased an item today and when the cashier rang it in the price was higher than the counter price. I politely questioned it and the manager made a rude noise in response. She then went and checked it and it was the lower price. I don't care so much about the mistake, but it was a very rude and unprofessional response with no apology, and I will be favouring other friendlier establishments in the area.

The place to get all your Italian grocery needs like canned tomatoes, the best dried pasta, the best pecorino Romano and parmigiano regiano, sausages are incredible, mozzarella di buffala and the frozen pasta, tortellini especially, I mean the list just goes on. They also have some prepared food you can buy to eat.

L'attitude de ce dernier nous a totalement choqué, on s'est fait traité de menteurs en nous disant que nous n'avions pas pu l'acheter deux jours avant parce qu'il n'en avait pas !!! On a quand même obtenu un échange mais vu l'attitude déplorable du gérant nous traitant presque d'escrocs pour une part de fromage périmé à 13$ devant l'ensemble de la clientèle... La prochaine fois je ferai 50 mètres de plus et j'irai dans une vraie fromagerie honnête ( c'est d'ailleurs ce que j'ai fait 10 min après pour acheter mon fromage à raclette) Juste une honte ! Et en même temps quand je prends connaissance des autres commentaires, je me rends compte que cette fromagerie est à priori une habituée des fraudes sanitaires !

Best butcher in Montreal. There is nothing here that isn't perfectly good. The osso bucco is excellent, as is the bavette, filet mignon, you name it. The rest of the products are a bit expensive. Try the homemade pizzas on your way out.
