Any questions or concerns I brought to Connors attention and he was able to answer them all as well as educate me more on the raw food diet. When my dog was going through a weird picky eating phase with the raw food Connor worked with me and provided me with some trips and tricks that really helped. He also changed our food order so that it would accommodate her preference more - she absolutely loves it now! To top it all off our food was delivered monthly right to our door! Such a time saver and so much easier to order in bulk! Honestly, hands down the best - its top quality food, service, and affordable!!

Not only do they carry, in my humble opinion, the best raw food - they simply have the best customer service. Having food delivered to my door is a great convenience! I've been buying from The Loyal Butcher for a few months now, and i cannot recommend it enough! When I first contacted Connor he wanted to meet first, and discuss my dogs individual needs before suggesting a package he thought would work best. Because i switched my dog over due to allergies, this personal touch was really appreciated. Also, the place i had bought from previously was often inconsistent with their stock, so buying food involved rearranging schedules, calling ahead, and sometimes buying 'just enough to last' until they had refilled. With The Loyal Butcher, we chat to determine exactly when the food gets delivered, and when delivering a months worth at a time, my life has gotten a lot easier without those extra trips. All that - plus the price is great, my dog is healthier than ever and she LOVES it!

Just under a year ago we made the change from a kibble to a raw diet. My pup, Jaxson had numerous food allergies, that caused him to have extreme gas, and loose stool. Within a few days of switching, we noticed a change when he would go to the washroom, and of course - the lack of gas. The Loyal Butcher has supplied us with quality food (sometimes it smells so good I almost want to try), and wonderful service. Jaxson can often be what I call a "couch potato" and not move for anything. TLB raw food though - he comes running! We would recommend the loyal butcher co to anybody who is looking to invest in the health of their pets! Our dog had severe skin issues and recurring ear infections for a long time. Switching to raw food has fixed these issues! This has saved us a ton of money on vet bills. Connor has also been amazing to deal with. Where do I begin? About a year ago, I reached out to Connor at The Loyal Butcher with many questions about raw, the pros and cons, and explained my situation with my American Bulldog. Within an hour I had a lengthy response from him, answering all my questions and an offer to come meet me to go over everything in detail. A day later he met me, at my work, as I work for myself and my schedule doesn’t allow me to be flexible. We met and went over everything, in great detail and he explained he would deliver my order to my home, proper portion sizes for Rhea and what I could expect in the upcoming transition from kibble to raw. I was dealing with a constant battle with Rhea. She has a skin condition, constant UTI’s and ear infections, and her anal glands needed to be expressed in a monthly basis as well had the “frito feet” smell to her paws. Additionally, she was 130 pounds. About 30 pounds overweight. I got my order delivered to the house two days later, and we started. She loved it, didn’t take her any time or prompting to start eating her new raw food! Over the course of a month, she was no longer getting UTI’s, her ear infections weren’t happening and her skin seemed to be better. The best part, we were always scheduled in for the second Monday of the month to have her anal glands expressed. We showed up for our monthly appointment, and to the vet tech’s surprise, they didn’t need to be done. During a vet visit in November of 2017, she was down to 105 pounds. And healthy!!!!! The vet techs and vet were very happy with the progress Rhea was making on her new diet and fully supported that she needed to be on this for optimum health. I swear by the raw diet I get from The Loyal Butcher and I can’t thank Connor enough for what he has done for my girl.

Customer service is outstanding , the dogs love the food and always look forward to having there 1.5lbs of meat first thing in the morning and then for dinner Dogs seem alot more active and "productive" They don't tend to lay around as much.

Our 9-year old dog started having some problems with her anal glands and was constantly licking herself. Our vet expressed the glands and found not other problems, but I strongly felt I had to change her food to an all-meat diet and found the Loyal Butcher online. Connor, the owner, promptly replied and advised on a few sample food packages. He said the raw meat would definitely firm up our dog's stool and would also provide her with additional calcium to tighten up her muscles. I am happy to say the whole issue completely resolved itself in less than 4 weeks. We were actually able to meet Connor on his first delivery and he right away connected with our dog. He is definitely very passionate, knowledgeable and professional by providing excellent customer service and I highly recommend his products.

I feel confident that the food I am feeding them is providing them with all the health benefits they need.
