Just got a 6 rib prime rib and they went out of their way to ensure it was nicely dry aged and exactly the way I wanted it. We cooked it today on the rotisserie and it was exceptional! Thank you so much for making the Christmas dinner spectacular.

Stumbled across this find for the first time yesterday and was delighted by the friendly service. Found some nice pork chops, a habinero mustard that is outstanding, butter tarts, and some Hayter's turkey bacon and burgers. Also saw other treasures like Fourall ice cream and perogies that looked good. Lots of fun things I'm looking forward to trying. Looking forward to returning!

Best bacon in town! Best raw sausage, especially the lamb, and high quality meats. We once had an issue with a product, no questions asked we were given a refund. We're definitely coming back and staying loyal customers.

Best place for goat and lamb meat. I haven't tried others but I can definitely say goat and lamb are the best I had. The staff are extremely polite and helpful so it feels nice to go back again and again to buy their already sellable products.

I am very disappointed in the service, can't tell you how their products are because I went to their store Monday because hours said they were open but when I got there they were closed, headed back on Tuesday, after calling first, get there to find out they had very little in stock from the weekend (no sausages), called the owner Tuesday afternoon and was told to come back Wednesday after 11:00, and that everything would be available, third trip 11:50 Wednesday still nothing in stock, I have heard really good things about this butcher but I can't be making 4 trips to get what I wanted, I doubt I will be back a 4th time.

I bought a goat leg last Saturday and the lady at the counter asked me if I wanted cut.i accepted and I took the package with the "meat "inside.i thought to bake it for family day.. When I opened the package I saw a bag full of small bones 3 cm each without any meat.It was not what i bought and what I paid for. Very disappointed

Good meat. Bought lamb meat here. Only suggestion is to change the price sheet in front. Today when I went, the prices told me were $1 or $2 more than the price on the price sheet. When I asked why, They said, they are old prices. Please do that necessary change.

Went today for the first time on a whim (was getting lunch from Jimmy's Food Co next door). The lady at the counter was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain how they raise and butcher their meats. You could instantly tell the difference in quality from the grocery store. I chose the andouille sausages, and they were absolutely the best sausages I have had in years. Great prices too. Will be back for sure!

Absolutely an amazing place for fresh meat!! We love the lamb from here here. Best ever. The chicken thighs are so huge with no hormones and so much flavour. The staff is incredibly knowledge and friendly. Definitely my favourite butcher!!

Seriously the best butcher shop. My boyfriend goes from London to this place because its top notch. Great service as well. These short ribs were seriously the best Ive ever had! We followed the owner's instructions and marinated them for 2 days then popped them into the oven low and slow. Delicious!

Always pick up my meats (prime ribs & steaks) at St. Jacobs market and on Weber St the odd time and the quality never disappoints. Service at both locations are top notch and once in a while great deals are to be had. The Tomahawk steaks at the market along with the prime ribs just needed salt and pepper as the quality of the meats just melt in your mouth and no need to get fancy with spices. Cook it like Salt Bae and Bam!!, you have Charles Quality Meats to thank for. Thank you for serving our community with quality and integrity. Kudos to all your staff.

TBD. Review under consideration over the next few days. First impressions: very fair prices and *quality meats* -- it would be apt to say that the current rates are a steal especially due to the dry aging of the steaks. Striploin was absolutely delicious and cut at a great thickness of about 1.25" -- perfect for a two-person portion to create a nice crust without smoke rings that enter too deeply into the actual meat.

I have had lamb once or twice in my life. Hit and miss. Gamey taste , even wierd with mint sauce. I kneel and bow to Tony's lamb. I put it to the test with just salt pepper and bbq. By far the best tasting lamb ive ever had!! Tender texture , awsome flavor without much seasoning. Wow.....Great job Tony. Love it.

We have been shopping with Tony here (on Weber St) and at the Kitchener Market for years. The hamburger actually smells sweet. The sausage variety is great and we mostly get Octoberfest and Farmers and Garlic. The steaks are full-flavour and we like the chickens too. Also the bacon. All around, this is our preferred shop for meat.
