Brady's meats has the best quality and great selection. My personal favourites are Rob's signature flat chickens, thick cut striploin steaks, and better-than-anywhere chicken breasts for quick, easy and delicious suppers. Naked burgers are perfect to feed a crowd at summer parties and Brady's lamb is delicious. They have a great selection of sauces, rubs and marinades and are happy to explain how to cook a cut of meat if you're unsure and ask for help. They also take special orders for holiday meals or big events, and they've never let me down. This summer I've been a big fan of all the fresh local produce and bakery items. The homemade pies and butter tarts are fantastic. Brady's staff is lovely and friendly.

Bought some venison and upon ordering was told that it's frozen and was told its 30$ a pound and it's a 3 pound tenderloin. When I picked it up the meat was unthawed they said and it is only a 1.75 pound tenderloin not 3 and not to mention still for that little bit was 60$ . Overpriced I think.

A meat lover's paradise in K/W What can be said about this jewel of a store ... great selection of meats and other food items, fantastically friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rob has the best aged steaks, house made sausages and a stocked deli counter (love their 2lb sliced bacon deal!). Almost forgot ... they make fantastic hot lunches during the week, their burgers and steak sandwiches rock! Do yourself a favor, stop in and say "HI" to Rob, and ask him for his recommendation ... you'll be glad you did.

Hands down the best meat place in Waterloo or ever in general. Their meat is so fresh and tender and their cherry tomatoes on the vines are so sweet. I highly suggest their lamb sirloin and make sure to get Rob to marinate it for you, it's great on the bbq! I can't be wrong in honestly saying how I got served and that the person who attended me handed me a foul smelling rack of lamb the other day. Now, spending a little extra never harms if you are getting a very good quality product but that rack really was slimy and smelling awful when I opened it for a wash before marination. I really think it didn't turn out for me well in an otherwise such a talked about and artisanal butcher store...thus unfortunately the lower ratings...

I'm having a hard time not giving them a full 5 stars. The meat i get from them is fantastic, but I've been given the runaround on multiple occasions as to availability of certain cuts. When I call and ask if there is something available and it's not I'm told they can't put something aside for me for the following day when it is to arrive and to just show up in the afternoon. When I show up, I'm told it's not there and to call first, they'll set some aside. Plenty coming later before close. The next day when I call they say they're sold out. Why was I not given a chance to order when in the store? Or when i called the first or even second time? Even your website offers orders by phone and by web form. Sadly taking my smoking, curing and BBQ needs to a butcher shop that understands customer service. Good, locally sourced meat products are not exclusive to this butcher shop.

Always consistently have great quality and selection. Try the Carribean Jerk Chicken (A full chicken deboned, and marinated in one piece. Cooked on the BBQ, sear the outside and then cook on medium). Also picked up the the delicious Eggplant Lasagna to cook at home. The food is great quality as you get what you pay for.

Brady's is by far our favourite butchers. The prices are a bit higher than what you'll pay at the grocery store but the quality is significantly better. So it's always worth it. We particularly love the baseball steaks, ribeyes and short ribs! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

First time at Brady's and I had an amazing experience! I went in for some Tri-Tip and some Denver steaks and The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, great group of people! The meat is priced very well and the quality of it is amazing. The marbling on the Denver steaks was impeccable and I've had Denver steaks that were double the price but weren't half as good. I'm very happy that I found this place, highly recommend.

Brady’s, you reign supreme and are worth the horrendous drive r/t from Toronto! Usually I get the house rib eye steaks but this time, I tried a 5lb prime rib. It was my very first time attempting a prime rib and it came out so delicious that my son declared it was even more tender and delicious that the world-famous House of Prime Rib in San Francisco. Even the end piece, as a leftover 4 days later, was juicy and flavourful. The price was comparable to Costco. $17 per pound. Tip: use Food Wishes’ Chef John’s prime rib recipe.

This is THE place to go for meats. I always go to Bradys for bacon, ground beef, chicken, steak etc.. They have good prices for great quality products. They also have a great selection of quick dinner options like meat pies, marinated whole chickens and ribs. I would highly recommend giving them a try, you’ll never go back to grocery store meat products.

Awful Experience. I looked at the past reviews and thought i'd try out the meats there but this was a mistake. The employees were very rude and asked inappropriate questions about my autistic son. Then to top of things, the Stripling steaks and Ribeye steaks were absolutely brutal. I highly recommend you avoiding this place.

Both my grandparents and Uncle believed that Bradeys was a butcher shop that they only knew back home in England. The black garlic wings are outstanding and Rob's famous lamb chops are delisious. Great selection of beef, raised without antibiotics or hormones. Everything from ground beef to high end steaks. Pork is always available as well as lamb chops and shoulder. Preseasoned chickens and pork available in their homemade sauces. Hand made sausages with a flavour for all pallets. They carry a large selection of British products, everything from carbury chocolates to marmite. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.

I have been a customer of Brady's Meat for over 8 years. Once you taste their beef, you'll never be satisfied buying beef elsewhere. Rob Brady and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable if advice is required on how to cook with their products. They also have a great selection of frozen prepared fish plus assorted pasta dishes. During this Covid event, the staff has worked relentlessly hard to keep up with the demand for their meat products. A final note ... Brady's does not sell toilet paper.

Since I've started going to Brady's I've pretty much given up on buying meat anywhere else. The steaks and porkchops are amazing, and the chicken breasts are the perfect size. And the best part is the prices are very competitive with the general grocers, giving way better quality for often the same price. The staff is awesome, super friendly, and if you're looking for ideas (or not certain on the best ways to cook something) they're always full of helpful information.

Sad to say but my first try with Brady's burgers was horrible. They all fell apart on the BBQ and I had to pull them off before all the meat fell in the grill. I will never buy them again. Ended up having to use them as bits of burger with pasta. What a terrible experience at a premium cost.

Called around for a Brisket to smoke and came across Brady's Meat & Deli. It was about an hour before they close but the staff did not shy away from presenting me options, trimming the brisket for me, recommending sauces / seasonings, and sending me home with exact instructions on how to go about smoking the meat with my style of smoker. not only was the customer service fantastic, but the meat was amazing. I've now become the elusive "smoke Daddy" in my friends circle which is a title we do not hand out lightly! Thanks guys for a fantastic experience and even better brisket. my go to butcher shop from here on out!

There are alot of good butcher's in town, but definitely service is what stands out aside from the outstanding product. Fondest memory I have is when they did something for me the first time I walked through their doors that every other butcher from Kitchener to Mennonite Country wouldn't do, or couldn't do. Will always be grateful. I used to just shop here for just special events and cook outs, but have made a decision to purchase more from here moving forward!
