If you need ingredients, want Turkish coffee or just wanna go somewhere with cool stuff that smells great. You've arrived. There was nothing you could need for 99% of Arab dishes that they don't have. The employees and owner are super nice and helpful. Seriously don't go anywhere else. Prices are just as good as St. Vital or elsewhere.

Excellent service. Great selection. This is my go to place for tahini, spices, Jerusalem couscous and fantastic handmade samosas. I popped in the other day, looking for Zatar spice, they had multiple varieties and took the time to explain the differences to me. Seriously delightful staff.

Its a shame how far this shop is from the South where most of the muslim community is located. They have a huge variety and selection of goods. From foodstuff to kitchenware to home decor to clothing. One can spend an hour just exploring the store. The staff are friendly, welcoming and patient. The only thing I would say is the shop is missing a fresh meat section, which I did not find. The parking in the back is a bit clunky as well, which can be a challenge if there are more people with cars in the store at a particular time. Adding that in would make this a perfect rating.

Great place with a lot of ethnic selections that are harder to find. They have the best Samosas in the city. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It being a smaller store, the aisles are very close together making it a bit difficult to manoeuvre.

The store is cozy, with a great variety of products. The owner/cashier was friendly and helpful. She helped us with the items we could not find. They had items from many different cuisines such as Arab, Iran, Afghan etc. Their prices seems to be slightly cheaper than competition which is great.

Halal Meat Centre is where I visit for a quick bite for lunch. Their roti and samosas are delicious and very affordable. Employees are friendly and will assist you with any questions you may have. If you have a recipe in mind, they will most likely have the ingredients.

Was incredibly impressed. A friend was celebrating Ramadan which I know next to nothing about and they completely guided me through it with such kindness and didn't try to 'rip me off'. I spoke to a younger sounding female on the phone. She was very kind - great employee for their business! Will have repeat business from me :) PS - my friend was from Africa - and they did the research between our calls to ensure it would be meaningful and authentic for an African person :) Update, I learned her name afterwards - it was Noura - and she even sent me pics before the dishes were sent. I've been ripped off before with flowers so wanted to make sure!!!
