Went into T-Bones today looking for some sirloin flap steak for Carne Asada. They didn't have any behind the glass display, but Sam offered to cut some for me while I waited with a smile! We've been shopping there for years, and the quality of the meat has always been top notch! The staff members are consistently friendly and helpful! Recommend them 100%!! Support local West Kelowna business when you can! They try hard to please!

Love that they carry grass fed, grass finished ground beef. It's the best in town hands down. You have to ask for it and they will grind it fresh right then and there for you.

I was very dissaponited with the customer service I got at t bones i order short ribs and I waited 25 minutes and I still didn't get my. Short ribs ended leaving the store probably never going back again.

The meat itself was well presented and easy to choose from. The place was clean and orderly. Finding what I wanted easy and stress free. TBones just lost me as a regular customer! I went this afternoon. As I was about to enter a family of 4 dashed in front of me. Included 2 elementary school age children that I guess put the store over the limit of 8 people. I was told to wait outside which i willing did. After a few minutes a customer left so I entered. The guy behind me also entered and without a mask. I called out the first server as to why he was allowed when I wasn’t. She shrugged her shoulders. Then they were going to serve him which I again called out as to to why and another server shrugged his shoulders. I announced that they had lost me as a customer and left. They continue to pander to covidiots. I have made it a mission not to give any of my business to such establishments.

Bought steaks very good but tonight we had the beef Wellington’s cooked as directions stated very dissatisfied the steak was a bit frozen and the pastry was not cooked. We have a new stove and have never had a problem with cooking times. When they say cook from frozen I think they should change the times. Will not buy again????

Great Big Hooray for T-Bones and the awesome example they are setting. This is a business who cares about the community and have enacted social distancing practices at their store. They are only allowing 5 people in at a time and have put green tape marks on the floor to show how far apart people should stay from one another. The staff in the West Kelowna store are flat out awesome!! Thank you :)

Yeah, the prices can be a bit intimidating and before you know it you're wondering if you went overboard but when you taste the quality of the food you know you got what you paid for, I'd urge anyone to give them a try.

We just finished trying to enjoy a t-bone steak purchased at the West Kelowna T-Bones Market. I have never had a steak that tough, despite being grilled to a perfect medium well. Talk about shoe leather. I'll stick to Sav-On for quality meat.
