Great place to get meat. Friendly and knowledgeable. Nice selection of meats. It's close to me so I find it a great location. Located in Guisachan mall just off Gordon. If your unsure of what you want, just ask. They know their meats. Free parking. Other businesses to shop here at the mall. There is also a credit union located at this mall location.

Meat was decent quality but the service is absolutely horrible. Whoever answers the phone gave me a sarcastic and condescending 4 minute lecture about how they don't have time for the phone or time to call everyone who ordered ham's to let them know they had arrived. Ironically I was calling because when I ordered a ham for the holidays, they took my name and phone number in store and when I asked about pickup they said "we will let you know" - since I hadn't heard anything I phoned to ask. When we finally picked it up (they might be rude, but I am not so yes I picked up the order anyway). The ham didn't even indicate "fully cooked" or "cook before eating" - that is unacceptable. Not worth it, there are other local butchers that don't yell at you.

Worst customer service experience. I asked for them to make me a sandwich with no tomatoes due to a severe allergy (as all the premade ones have them on it) and the lady says "we don't make sandwiches if there are still some in the cooler after 1pm." I said even if I have an allergy? She replied "yeah, I really could care less about YOUR allergy." I knew I shouldn't have strayed from the med market just because I moved to the upper mission.
