Ordered and picked up a 60 lb roasting pig for BBQ spit. They were helpful for estimating how much I'd need and about storing before use. About $75 cheaper than two other butchers I'd called, pig was excellent and would recommend.

No matter what we buy from these guys, it is ALWAYS phenomenal. Their steaks are the best we've ever had; including from other meat packers + butchers. Bacon, peameal bacon, turkey bacon... amazing. We bought a box of chicken breasts and you cannot beat the quality. It is very hard to eat meat from other places after you've purchased from these guys. We are certainly lifers.
