If you find yourself in Bobcaygeon like I have and you have cranky kids because you brought cereal but no milk to the VRBO rental, a short walk to Foodland might be just the thing to set the world right. Nice, bright, well-stocked store open early with helpful staff. Beware, the one auto opening door makes a terrifying sound.

Surprisingly well stocked store for its size. The fresh foods are always great quality, and the bakery section while small is probably my favourite in all of Ontario. Service is always small town feel (friendly and not rushed). I really like this location, it's something special (in a good way) :)

Conveniently located downtown with parking in the back - also is open 24 hours. It surprisingly has pretty much everything you need including a bakery and deli and a washroom. The setup is a bit odd though. Prices range, some sales are good, others are typical Sobey's prices. As to be expected in small towns though.

Foodland has good produce and meat and runs occasional sales that help our budget . We can't shop there all the time because it is too expensive for many items . The staff are friendly and parking is easy .

It's a nice, very clean, great quality but limited inventory. Definitely over priced for a small town. I guess people must pay if they can't drive. The younger cashiers are so kind and very happy.
