Fantastic service, very knowledgeable. Went there for the first time today with my daughter, and the staff was very friendly. Gave me information relating to grass fed animals that I wasn't aware of. Will definitely be going back soon.

Very patient and knowledgeable Staff help me to select and kniw how to get the best from their huge variety of yummy offerings! Given my personal restricted diet, I'm quite grateful for their specialty products of bones, chickens' feet and bacon that's nitrate free. My family wouldn't prefer steaks from anywhere else - restaurants included!

Had an amazing first experience here. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and went out of their way to fulfill my last minute order on a busy Friday afternoon during the pandemic. And the steaks we ordered were unanimously voted the best steaks we've ever had. I will absolutely be coming back here again and again. We are always happy with our purchases here. The spicy sausages are the best I've ever had! I don't normally like sausages but they are nice and lean, perfectly spiced, and quite spicy! Great customer service too. We had a small issue with our bill once and they fixed it no problem.
