1St time shopping here, and I'm surprised how fresh the meats are. Also, helps the store is clean and doesn't smell like a bunch of dead meat, which means their products are high in quality. This will be my go too spot for meats in the future!

Great find! Lots to choose from. Very knowledgable about the products and what's in them! Found some great caffeine free gluten free sodas! Also found some fresh chorizo. I can wait to try it! We have been calling on the Butcher Shop for the past year or so to cater both our business events and personal events. We have also been to numerous events that were catered by The Butcher Shop. The quality of food and excellent service exceeds our expectations every time. The owners, Amy and David, do it all. From Prepping and preparing the food, to delivering and serving their clients. They are there when you have a question and even help you decide on what to order for what occasion, to how many guests you are trying to feed. There new location on 96 is absolutely a must see! Growing up in Philadelphia, I miss my neighborhood butcher. When you walk in their store it’s like being back home. As busy as they are, they always take a moment to stop and say hello. They truly care about their customers, and I’m glad Warner Robins finally has a hometown Butcher Shop. Thank you Amy and David for all you do!

Went in to buy some seasonings, stood at the checkout counter for 5min no one came to take my money. Watched at least 6 different employees not tending to other customers look at me not say anything or tell anyone to come to the cash register. Doesn't seem like a good way to do business but that's just my opinion.

Absolutely Fabulous Amazing meals…Butcher Shop provided all the meals for the Little League Southeast Regional Softball tournament in Warner Robins and all the girls and coaches loved it. Fresh quality ingredients and the variations on lunch and dinners were terrific. Pot roast was melt in your mouth..Chicken Alfredo delicious…Sliders phenomenal…Chicken tenders so juicy full of flavor…Peach cobbler to die for…Sweet tea and lemonades also good..I could sit here all day…Definitely not your typical hotel/catering meal. I wish we had one in my city… Five stars all the way ????????????????????

Even with shortages due to Covid-19, they had a very good supply of meats to choose from. There were also lots of sides to go with your meals also. Social distancing is being observed, only 10 customers in the store at a time. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for - quality meats.

Was in town visiting friends. We decided to have a cook out so we went to this place for some steaks...145.00 dollars worth to be exact. I didn’t mind paying there price because I’m a believer that you get what you pay for. Not the case this time. I asked the guy behind the counter what grade they were and he told me prime. They should of been for the price. They were seasoned and cooked medium rare. They was the toughest steaks I’ve ever gotten for supposedly being prime cuts everyone had the same opinion more on the line of select grade at best. Found it interesting that the trays was not mark with there grade of meat being, Prime, choice and so on. Not worth the money for what I got. Won’t be back!

1st time visiting and the service was excellent, store smelled fresh, and the prices were reasonable. For the first time in a long time I had chicken that didn’t smell bad once I opened the package, unlike store bought chicken. Thank you !

I called and asked if they had any sirloin tip roast on hand. They said they did. I asked again, they confirmed. I showed up 15 minutes later and was told they didn’t have any but had a few other cuts with the word sirloin in it. Update: The business has responded and seeks to make things right. I’m not looking for any special treatment or anything, but owning up to their mistake and trying to do better is more than enough to get a second chance from me. I’ll visit them the next time I make it down that way and update again accordingly.

I was a recipient of the box launches you provided the volunteers working the MOM races RAFB 18 Jan 2020. The lunches could not have been better. The bread, lunch meats and cheeses were the freshest. The cookies must have been homemade because they were delicious. The entire package was packaged & wrapped to perfection. We all enjoyed the tender care you provided. Yes, it is super expensive, but I come here for my flanken ribs all the time for my korean bbq! I mean I could get poor quality meat and another place but the ribs here as so much better! I love how they aim to please. I call ahead because they don't always have enough to cut the ribs that way, I mean, this isn't a place for a lot of korean bbq, can you blame them? But they are super honest! Super kind, super great, and it make up for the price. also yummy brownies

This place is a convenient site for getting meats in the Warner Robins area. It has a great selection of meats and seasoning in addition to pre-made sides if you don’t have time to make them. Their ribs come with their membranes already removed and they can vacuum seal your meats if you want. It is a little pricey but what you’re paying for is the convenience and prep for your meats.

First time I have been to this shop and this is also my last time! Walking through the door not one person greeted any of us or even asks if you need help, kinda makes you feel like you are a bother. I just figured I would try someone local, however I will keep taking my business to M&T Meats were I know my business is appreciated.

I just visited The Butcher Shop for the 1st time Saturday. They have an excellent verity of meats and amazing customer service. I chose to pick up some bacon and cheese burger patties for the hubby to put on the grill and let me tell you they were amazing. I will definitely be picking up some of those beautiful steaks to put on the grill soon.. P.S The crab stew was absolutely amazing as well..

The workers at the butcher shop are always so very friendly and helpful. I like that they are very patient with me because sometimes I can be very indecisive. ???? but they always give me great advice and they don't always recommend the most expensive thing like most places do they recommend what they belive will be best 4 u and what u desire. I also like that they customly cut my meat the way I want it (which is never considered a traditional cut.????)????????‍♀️ oh and the house seasoning is amazing!!! ???? U can use it on just about any kind of meat.

I recently worked with this crew at a wedding, the girls were so great! They helped me load my stuff and just had great attitudes. Venders typically get to take a plate home so I got to try the salmon, rice, and some sort of potato salad. It was all DELICIOUS, I would definitely recommend for a catering or just to pick up some of their products!

Hands down the best butcher shop in the Robins area. A bit pricey compared to MMT meats, but you make up for it without having to take an hour round trip. Excellent staff, excellent selection (to include the tuna steaks). Highly recommend.

Amy and her crew did an amazing job with our wedding food! We had Cuban wontons and spinach dip for the apps and those were very good. The dinner was pulled pork, smoked chicken breast, Mac n’ cheese, squash casserole, green beans and a mixed green salad! It was super tasty and not dry at all like some other caterer’s food. They were also quick and efficient with serving everyone and very professional at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend for any event!

Good steaks and selection. I liked that they vacuumed sealed my steaks with a marinade. The steaks were tender and the steak tips wrapped in bacon had a couple of pieces that was tuff.
