Bought the ""11 spice sausage". Most disgusting sausage I've ever tried, the only thing worse than the taste was the wretched smell.

I tried some pre seasoned steaks and dry aged steaks from here which were absolutely superb. My partner and I were trying to find good quality steaks for a while and I am so happy we found this place! I cannot wait to return and try more meats such as the bison and elk.

I have been buying meat and homemade sausage from Summit Meats and sausage for a number of years. Jason and the staff make the best sausage!!Their product is amazing!! We love all their sausage and cuts of meat. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Great local butchershop!

Bought a beef roast here and it was mostly fat. When I contacted them, they said I could bring the roast back for a refund, but I'd used what I could and tossed the rest. For a premium price I'd hoped for premium customer service.

An amazing staff behind the counter serving amazing meats. The counter staff told me there top seller was the beer sausage sticks but the pepperoni sticks might possibly be the best snack stick I've ever had. For my few days I was in town Summit Meats was the highlight of it.

Fantastic butcher! They can even handle custom requests (e.g., specific cuts, cold smoking, curing, etc.,) and have very knowledgeable staff. The newish (3 to 5 years ago) ownership changed things up a bit and now provide good, tailored service.

An excellent selection of fresh sausages and wild game. Selection of marinated kebobs and other grillables is quite wide. High quality seafood makes weekly appearances. And tons of other frozen and fresh delicasies. Never been disappointed by their frozen dinners. Honoured to have this meat shop in Sutherland.

These guys are great. They were able to provide me with a fully trimmed and seasoned roughly 20lb brisket that was loved by everyone who tasted it. I’d recommend them for any occasion. Trying out the tomahawk steaks tonight.

Hi. I purchased 3 ribeye cold smoked steaks. Paid a huge price and was disappointed. Followed directions to a tee! Steaks tasted great but were tough. Bought them for my friends 65th….so disappointing. I have heard from others that this isn’t always the case so maybe just a one off for me but still disappointing.
