LOOK this guy is the man, Perry is a professional sausage maker, I don't have much time here because as I wright this...I am chowing down on some bacon flavored sausage, UNBELIEVABLE. the habanero jerky ...another hit! he knows how to make it right!! and that's how it should be. Everything we bought was beyond expectations!!! he even has the hottest dam hot sauce in the world in there ! hottest I've ever seen or heard of anyway made from 6 million scoville extract!! he can't give it out tho legal stuff,Perry is very personable guy and gave us the best service I've ever had a meat shop!!!,I wish I lived closer. ps . Perry thanks for the sampler of the new texas tornado sausages!! I CAN'T WAIT TO THROW EM ON THE BBQ!

Deerview is AWESOME! We get our beef butchered here and always manage to pick up a few extra goodies on the way. If I could live on the breakfast sausage I would and their boxes are incredible and filled with such a great variety! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Very nice shop with lots of BBQ'ing products. A large variety of different types of sausage. The pepperoni sticks taste great as I'm sure the sausage I bought will too. I know I'll be back when I head out to the buffalo trail guest house near Elkwater.

Terrible experience We brought two 4H steers in to be processed this spring and are extremely disappointed. The cut was terrible nothing was the size asked for. We ended up getting a $250 refund on our processing fees for this but now that we have eaten more we suspect we didn't even get our own beef back. The steaks taste like grass-fed beef and these guys hadn't seen a blade of grass in over 7 months. They had been fed high-quality 4H feed. Never again will we go back and I would hope you don't take your meat here to be processed.
