Just tried a sub from here for the first time last Saturday. I guess my band mates stop in here for a bite to eat all the time, and I am just discovering it now. (Highly recommended by my band!) Sandwich was a decent size, and price was more than reasonable. And the fresh cold cuts on the assorted sub were just amazing. Worth every last dime. I will most certainly be back. Next time, I'll need to check out the meat counter too, and get me some steaks or something. It all looked fantastic.

We bought a box of ribs an a box of T-bone steak. Ribs where delicious .." T-bones where tough' .. When I told the butcher about our tough meat he sorta shrugged it off, saying " people come from far and wide for our meat' .. OK.. but our box of meat was still tough.. Giving everyone a second chance I bought another box of ribs and a box of sirloin strip steak . Again the ribs where delicious but the steak was gristly & chewy. Hummmm.. Guess I will just avoid buying steak at Vanessa Meats.. They don't stand behind there product. Thanks Gary

First time shopping here. Drove around 40 min to get there. Im so glad I did, best meat/butcher shop I've been too in a long time. I bought rib eye steaks, t bone steaks, turkey kelbosa, polish sausage and some ground beef. The meat was excellent. Taste, texture, cut, the sausages were well made and lean. In honesty i was amazed. This is my new meat place and my dinner guests new meat place. The prices are actually very reasonable compared to grocery store prices, considering the quality is much better. Awesome meat place......very busy on a Saturday. People buying coolers full of meat, fresh, pre ordered fresh, and frozen packages. Thst alone speaks for their quality.

There is a Time when a review is needed. Last month 8 prime rib steaks were 90.00 bucks. IThis month 8 prime rib steaks cost 134.27. That is a 40 dollar jump in price. Time to look else where Good products, but is not made of gold.. Also your letting too many people in the store at one time in line.. But a very good set up

Only drawback, staff is a little slow and unorganized when cashing you out, I think its how the place is set up. They are going to be renovating it sometime in May but it's definately worth every bit of the wait if its busy

I was extremely disappointed upon entering this shop. While barely following any COVID policies, the service was subpar and the fresh meat I bought went bad only one day later!! I've been going there for more than a year, even if it's far. I spend more or less $200 every 2 wks. I like it there bec. they have great selection of meat, good price and can request your choice of cut. But few months ago, they started giving the wrong cut. Sometimes if you don't check, there's missing item. I think it's due to the person getting my orders, thru email. Before, the person is nice and very thorough. Her name is Natasha. Also, the problem is the young people in front/ cashier. They are not friendly ever since I started going there, esp. Hannah. They lack customer service. I'm now looking for different butcher. Maybe I will still go there but not as much. Only when I don't find meat I want.
