I’ve frequently been going to this location in the past few weeks and even showing up at 06:58 when they open at 07:00 with only one person working, I was in and out as expected within 5 minutes. Very happy with the service and recommendations of the sandwich artist. Would absolutely return again.

This store is the pits!! They skimp you BIG time on toppings and you very rarely get your order right.....even after u ask for lots and lots and lots of spinach....but it was still only a little bit of spinach???? What are you gonna do, go all the way to Liskeard for a sub... In Kirkland, they aren't very professional. While the guy at the counter was taking my gf's order, the other guy that was there bailed on him, and left everyone waiting in line, wth Could have been our guys attitude but it's not supposed to be the customers fault.

Cheaped out on the meat, gave 2 slices less than the standard amount. Was trying to tell her to put a couple more but wouldn't listen. Staff was also busy taking a phone call instead of servicing.

Ordered a French Vanilla cappuccino for my great grandmother. When I ordered the guy just looked at me and scoffed. When he was finished making it, he didn’t read the price out. I guess he just expected me to read the price. He dispensed the change, again, not telling me how much. Before I left I said thank you, only to have again no response. This place really needs to work on customer service. The man was very rude, and seemed to not care much about the customers. Not impressed. Will be contacting corporate about this.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while road tripping through the area.. Couldn't find anywhere else that was selling lobster rolls, and noticed they had their seasonal lobster sub offered.. It was REALLY good, a little bit pricey but compared to some places down East selling lobster rolls for 20 bucks and they're a hot dog bun this was 4 times the size for less money.. Service was great.. thanks guys!

Typical Subway, including the new pick-your-flavour soft drink dispenser. The grilled cheese panini was good and stayed hot. It looked less cheesey that the picture on the menu, but was cheesey enough taste-wise.

Ask for cookies with your combo... Get 1 and 2/3 of a cookie. Where's the rest of the cookie? When I asked the girl working if I could have another full cookie, she told me it was against company policy to replace cookies?? Even though I hadn't left the counter and we both clearly knew she had given me the cookie in question.

Does not offer free wifi anymore. Place is still very clean & staff are friendly, so ok if you don't need wifi. Only has bottled pop. Very small restaurant so may never get the new mixer fountain machines other locations have.
