I have been at this store 5 times. Twice I got in and 3 times I left because the door was locked ... People inside and wouldn't come to the door at 11am when they are supposed to open. They have amazing sausages but I refuse to beg to be let in to spend my money. Too many other places on Preston St to get AMAZING sausages way earlier than 11am or whenever they open. I gave a 2 star rating because I have only been let in twice.

This has got to provide some of the best bacon I've ever had. I've brought it home to my friends near Niagara falls and they've all fallen over with amazement. While it's a bit pricier, you know you're getting your value in dollar. Love the sausages here too, such a treat

I had the best sausage of my life from here. It was a Jalapeno Cheese Curd Smokie and it made me weep in the best possible way. This was the greatest sausage. You should not ruin this delicacy with a bun but enjoy it in it's natural nude form hahahaha. No really...grill and serve as is. It speaks for itself and it's biblical. Also had lots of other stuff from here that was epic, but this was the most recent. Support local and put it in your mouth! Nom Nom

Such an amazing little shop to have in the neighbourhood. There's no better place in the city to put together a charcuterie board. It's a tad pricey, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" applies because what you get here is spectacular.

This place is great. Fabulous prepared food, ingredients, and great service. My only disappointment is that it's hard to justify coming here too often given the prices. However, you definitely get what you paid for. The 80-day dry aged steak is out of this world. A MUST try.

This is a good spot for interesting and delicious sausages, cured meats, cheese, and other items (such as spread, crackers, bread, and more). My kids and I love the dried sausage, as well as the curried yogurt sausages. It's not cheap, but the food is local and delicious, so I don't mind paying for quality. My suggestion is to walk in and check it out. They are nice people, too, and very helpful if you have any questions.

Wow. Everything here is the best quality organic food stuffs and meat I have ever seen for sale in one place. The best aged steaks - aged 90 days if I remember correctly - are fantastic and well worth the investment. Best kimchi I have ever had (the stuff should be on an addictive substances list) - I could go on and on, but instead I urge you to check it out. Parking can be tricky but worth it.

This is a charcuterie board destination unlike any other. Great selection of cheeses, preserves and crackers. Sausages and cured meats are all fabulous. Best pork chops in the city. 5 star service. I've been there a dozen times and would go back a dozen more.

Fantastic little place for sausages, steaks, and cured and smoked meats as well as other things like cheeses, sauces, and patés and terrine. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting what to go with. They helped me put together a charcuterie board and every single thing on it that I bought was my favourite. Try the smoked duck breast.

Amazing selection of local food and products. We came because we won a gift certificate in a charity silent auction. We'll be back because of the great selection of food and drink mixes. A small store, but very popular on a Saturday morning. Sausages aplenty, including delicious dried chorizo sausages.

What a wonderful find in the Ottawa area. This will become a regular stop for me when I am in the area. A good selection of meats and cheeses for charcuterie, most locally made by the owner and a few award winners. Prices are comparable or maybe slightly under what would be paid in a bigger named supermarket, but you would be hard pressed to find these kinds of products. Also, free samples were liberally offered. the owner was obviously proud of the cheeses and meats he had made.

We popped in here on a whim to gather some food for a barbecue and we were not disappointed. The choice was great ranging from lots of meat with various marinades, to cheese, bread and other light snacks. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped tremendously.
