This place was regrettable terrible I seen the 5 star reviews and was so excited but upon arrival I find innapropriate artwork on the walls, no menu, or proper seats, the menu was a giant billboard very small selection, was very unimpressed by the entire setup, the food was very pricey and not very good defiantly will never be back unless changes are made

Incredible find in Timmins! Highly recommended. Rotating menu. Complex flavors. Attention to detail. I enjoyed the vegan tacos with charred Brussel sprouts and the vegan black bean burger. My colleague loved the Hungarian soup of the day and deep fried pickles.

Truly unexpected gem. We were in town for the weekend due to a work contract and saw the reviews for this place and decided to check it out. Glad we did! The fries...life altering. The lemon infused garlic aioli sauce is Michelin style. The burgers are hugely satisfying with generous portions. Will 100% come again.

Super awesome quirky friendly delicious inventive local food with big heaping of style! Menu has great choices for everyone. Loved our takeout order and the staff was so nice... if I lived in Timmins I would eat there a lot. I regret not purchasing one of their T-shirts, that's how much this little wonder impressed me. The awards on their wall tell the story. They deserve all the success coming to them because they put hard work and love into every bite you eat.

My partner goes to Timmins monthly for work and I almost regretted finding this place online and recommending it to him because it means that once a month, I am jealous of the INCREDIBLE meals that he gets here. Thankfully, I finally got the chance to go this week and I was not disappointed. I had the shrimp po' boy and then the popcorn chicken wrap the next day for lunch (had to squeeze in two meals to the trip). Also had salads and desserts. Every bite was amazing! My partner loves the cuban but every special he's gotten has also been excellent. What a creative, consistent, and wonderful restaurant. I'm sad we're a 6 hour drive away!

I can't speak highly enough about this amazing place. Every week they blow me away with their meals. I don't eat meat and finding healthy alternatives is often hard but they've done so great at being able to substitute meat with tofu etc. Prices are amazing for the size and quality of the food. I highly recommend!

My kidlet and I had dinner at Radical Gardens, and it was sooooo good. We each had the Sweet & Spicy Burger - they were fantastic! There was a mango and pineapple salsa with hot sauce - messy (ask for extra napkins) and I was sorely tempted to lick the leftovers off my plate. (I may have tried, discreetly! lol) The burgers were huge and we had to bring our brownies home for dessert later. I also picked up a couple of packages of their sausage stars. Service was good. The cook was chatty and it's nice that they engage in conversation with you while you're in there. The Chef told us where everything we were eating actually came from, which was a nice touch. The shared tables are fun too - it really has a strong 'community' vibe. Our bill was about $50 bucks, which really isn't overly expensive considering the quality of the food. The open space is a great way to connect with the people making the food. You can see that everything they use is fresh and all prepped to order. It's become a mainstay for us!

One of the best vegan burger's I've ever ate! ???? Definitely recommend the place for anyone passing through, visiting, or living in Timmins.

Tasty food and is one of the more healthier options in the city. Got the pork on rice. Portions were okay but rice doesn't seem to be cooked fully. Some grains were still somewhat hard and crunchy, but not a big deal as it was still edible. Other than that, service was great and flavours were delicious. Would recommend.

A little biased but great place to eat, I actually work here and eat here everyday. We take pride in what we make and produce a lot of various treats from fresh bread ( made with local flour) to delicious gluten free cupcakes. The lunch menu changes daily and we do our best to use local food as much as possible. All of our meat is local and you can really taste the difference. For seating we have a communal style setting of two tables for 6 we take all major cards and aswell as cash and are Both feast on (using a lot of local food) certified and we also have our leaf certification ( one of the greenest restaurants in the country)

So the fries on the poutine were mostly overcooked/burned, staff seemed cold and avoided eye contact with me and my mother. The Turkey soup had a 6 inch thick strip of fat taking up majority of filling. Soup bowl was cost $7 but was smaller than the size of my fist and didn't come with a bun. I hate to give a low rating to a local business that uses local sources, but I'm just extremely dissatisfied and surprisingly disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST food in town. My family orders from here weekly, and honestly sometimes more than once a week.. its just THAT good. My parents were not much for ordering food until they tried the burgers at RG. They have a very diverse menu and I have yet to try something that hasn't blown me away. The prices may seem high and intimidating for take out, BUT it is 100% worth every penny. The portions are huge and the quality is amazing. The desserts are also by far the best in town!!

I couldn't find this spot on Door Dash and was a little disappointed because I didn't think they did delivery. Once I visited their website, I realized they used a different delivery service that makes sure the local restaurant gets theirs (Chow chow?). Not only was the food out of this world (Northern Bison Burger, Fries, Caesar Salad), the service was spot on. I pre ordered for 6pm and the food showed up at 5:59pm. Ingredients were fresh, the fries were spiced with a bit of lemon pepper (i assume) and came with a some sort of a complimentary spiked mayo dip, The salad appeared small, but I threw it in a bowl and tossed it myself and it tasted fresh and garlic potent. And as far as the burger goes, it was one of the best burgers I have bought from an establishment in a very long time. If I lived in Timmins, I would be keeping a close eye and the changing menu. It was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I want to continue to spread the good word.

Hit and miss. Went recently and had chicken sandwich but switched some stuff on it and really enjoyed it. Boyfriend liked his but bread was soggy before the hour had past and still in the fridge I think lol. Great items with little everyday items for the average joe. The only real quality food in this city, IMO. Creative, fresh and savoury dishes. The vegan burger is the best I’ve ever tasted. Chicken Pad Thai is a favourite and an amazing chicken jalapeño honey something sandwich that I wish I could remember the name of so I could request that it be a regular menu item. Portions are big so you get your moneys worth. Love the desserts! Staff is super cool too! Only downside is their location. Other than that, RG is the best place to eat!

The menu looks to be different daily depending on the chef. Nice spot on quiet street with seat for about 12 people on 2 tables. Picked up a chicken wrap and sweet to go but should of went for the house made burger. Will go back and try other items.

Pretty disappointed with their spaghetti and meatballs for the lunch school program. I really wanted to give this a chance for a healthier option for my child. I messaged them before spending $30 on this with questions about trying to purchase a sample beforehand to make sure he would like it, if there a chunks of tomatoes or onions I knew he wouldn't like it and therefore didn't want to waste all that money. I would be wasting $30 PLUS also having to also give him an extra lunch on that day for month as well so he didn't go hungry. I was told that they do not make it in their restaurant on the menu, therefore I couldn't come in to purchase a sample and I suggested maybe an option for parents with concerns about whether their child would actually eat it or not be able to purchase a sample through the school one time instead of wasting the money for the whole month. I was told they do not offer that and to contact the school and try to set it up, as the school would have to purchase it from them, that's the only way they work. I was also told quote " We do make sure to always keep in mind that children like pretty BASIC foods." Well needless to say there are LARGE CHUNKS of onions and tomatoes throughout, and I don't know very many kids that will eat that. Let alone many adults who have issues with chunks. TWO TINY meat balls and a very small portion of spaghetti definately not worth 7.50 each. Overall very dissatisfied that they don't make it more accessible to sample. Also ordered a butter cream birthday cake in April and was over $100 and EXTREMELY, sugary not one person at the party would even eat it, including the kids which was a shame after paying that insane amount for it to go in the trash. It looked great, but who cares if no one would eat it. The Cuban sandwiches are good, but that's all I can say.

Decided to check out Radical Gardens for dinner. First I was happy to see they were open until 7:30. Had trouble deciding amongst all the delicious sounding options. In the ended landed on a Butter Trout Marsala special that delicious. Price point seemed a tad high but it was worth it. Trout was cooked perfectly. I will be back again in the future.
