If I could rate a zero I would. We bought the asparagus herb & garlic, baked potatoes & herb and garlic salmon for dinner to make in our Christmas away (in suite kitchen). The asparagus has zero flavour, the salmon was alright, and the baked potatoes just absorbed any sour cream. Overall, a terrible experience. Maybe I'm just used to food with flavour but I'd get a better experience from the grocery freezer section. Overpriced and under quality

Staff are always helpful, friendly and adhere above the Covid-19 restrictions, which is very reassuring. M&M have a lovely selection of “gourmet” foods - Some of their items are a tad expensive compared to large grocery stores however their foods have never disappointed and are what I would class as a “do it yourself frozen take out” as the quantity and quality are outstanding. They also have gluten free meals and as half my family can’t eat gluten this makes for a lovely treat. For England comparison: think Gourmade or M&S /Waitrose ready meals but frozen.

Not everything is priced [easy to find] at the display. The layout doesn't seem to make sense. If your looking for meat, it certainly won't be fresh; only frozen available. Meat is in a few places scattered in what I recall 1 of 4 freezers. If you want a price, but can't find it look in the other place which you item may also be. I don't know when M&M went from being a meat shop to a upscale frozen TV dinner store but it left me kind of dissatisfied.

Use to go out of my routine to visit...not since M&M brand has sold. Only buy sale items. Brand ownership has greatly changed the operation. Packaging is no longer recyclable, prices have risen for no reason, "special" sales don't consider travel if you are rural. Use to be sales people had the decency to say that the flyer sale is no longer in effect!

The Shepards pie is so so bad. There is a very thick layer of instant water mash. 1/4 inch of tasteless meat slush. Really bad. No taste at all. Even my two dogs turned up their noses at it. Now that is saying how bad it is. I spent over $200 incase we were in quarantine and I would rather eat Kraft dinner, toast etc. The food is just horrible. We had the Thai Pad as well last night and we tossed it out. If you were blindfolded you would have no idea what you were eating.

Literally disgusting. We bought the asparagus and shepherd's pie. The asparagus was soaking in sauce, but the sauce wasn't good! Almost had no flavour. The Shepherds pie was even worse, it had absolutely no flavour , my wife and I had a few bites and threw it out. It was just nasty. You can find better in your frozen food section at the grocery store folks. Avoid this overpriced frozen nightmare.

i have a medical paper saying i am excempt from wearing a mask, when we went to the store i showed the paper and it wasn't appreciated and a guy flexing what muscle he had appeared and stayed in the store watching in case i started something, seeing as i'm a non mask wearer, we were also asked if they could help us more than once we were told we can shop online, must be because i can't wear a mask asked if we had discount card we said no and got that look cause we didn't, we spend a fair amount there but if they don't want it just tell us not to shop there anymore we will gladly give our money to another store

My last experience was horrible here. I tried to use 2 coupon codes that got from taking surveys of my experiences. I decided it would be a nice thing to do since I had such wonderful customer service from Lynelle the time before and I was so impressed. The guy who served me today told me I could only use one code, which was fine, although I have never seen anything saying that on both the website or the receipt that I handed to him. When my order came to a total I was FOUR cents off of $45 which is the requirement to use the coupon. If that was any other staff member at any other place I guarentee that they would give the discount anyways for the sake of a happy customer and the sake of 4 cents. Instead I was told to buy items that I really did not want or need to get my discount and I was laughed at by th server. It was very embarrassing as the server was talking and laughing so loud that the rest of the store heard and was chiming in. I felt like taking the coupons and throwing them in the trash as I walked out. I will never shop at this location ever ever again. It is a shame because the location is very convenient and I have never had an issue at this store before. One Bad experience is enough for me.

Have not shopped at M&M for two years citing their excessive pricing on their products. However I did some research and found their sale priced items were within limits so dropped in to the M&M Kent street location to pick up two items, Lasagua and chicken strips. Walked out empty handed as these items and others were sold out. A wasted trip and a cold day.....learned my lesson, will shop elsewhere..

I really wish I could give less than one star. So I got home from picking up a few things and noticed on the receipt that I was double charged on one of my items. So I went back expecting this to be fixed but not only did they treat me like I was dirt but they said I was lying and that I did buy two. I told them they could simply look at the surveillance footage and see I only baught one lasagna but they responded by telling me that I'm not worth wasting their time over and told me to leave. I will never ever go back to that location ever again.

The young lady was very friendly & helpful. Plz keep in mind that the store is very small & when I was leaving an older gentleman (65ish - old enough to know better) came in with NO mask & he was allowed to stay. It will be awhile before I go back to that specific store!!!!!!

Was there a few days ago and wanted to buy our usual 3 week order of $300.00. We walked in, started to shop when the clerk said we had to wear a mask. We told her that the mask mandate was over, she said we still had to wear a mask. We put the items back and walked out. We will not go back after this. They have good products but after that its it's their loss. We'll go somewhere else. Over 10 years.....we're done.

I decided for the first time to try M&M and unfortunately my experience was not great. To begin with their packaging is misleading. The contents do not match the picture. I bought a chicken meal only to discover coated balls filled with a foul tasting liquid very tiny cut up vegetables to the point you couldn't even see what they were. The Philadelphia cheese steak I bought turned out to be just shaved meat with no seasoning or onions & peppers I could go on and on because I bought 6 dinners but I think I've made my point. I won't be buying anything else from M& M Meats. I can buy better frozen meals from any supermarket.

I find the prices a little high, only buy on sale items. I could do without all the packaging, items wrapped in plastic and then a box too. Always recycle the box before putting the item in my freezer. Staff at this location are always so very helpful and quite friendly. Always very efficient and retrieve the items quickly and process the sale fast. I do like this store. shop about every 2 or 3 months though. That is about all I can afford.
