Bussierre's is an excellent butcher and deli establishment with a surprising range of foods including meats, vegetables, cheeses, eggs and wonderful thick bacon at reasonable prices for Cochrane.

We are from Southern Ontario.. cottagers at Nellie Lake. Took a rainy afternoon drive to Cochrane and went to Bussieres after a neighbor recommended it. Bought 2 pork chops for dinner on the BBQ.($5 !!) They were delicious....fresh tasting, juicey, delicious and tender. We usually bring all our meat north with us from our fave butcher at home...so nice to know there is a place to get fresh quality meat in our area. We will be back to try more!

Top quality, delicious product! We're snowmobilers and stay at the westway, it's awesome to grab what we need from Bussiere's and tailgate in the parking lot.
