Best Latin Shop on town, small family owned business with a great selection of food from Latin America at great prices. They also have a very cute small restaurant where u can try the best traditional real Mexican food in town and for cheap too and great quality, the restaurant is more like a market restaurant in Mexico which I love brings back nostalgia. If I could I give zero stars I would. Paid $50 for over dry, flavourless tacos. Tacos de Chorrizo should be greasy and flavourful! Mine were dry and tasteless. El pico de gallo? Que pico de gallo? It was only cilantro and chopped onions. The tortillas aren’t even cooked! It’s my first time getting food from here. I don’t recommend it but to each their own. It’s sucks that this was my experience here because there aren’t many small latin businesses in Hamilton.

I've been going here since I was a little girl with my parents, but today my life changed when I found out they have a restaurant in the back of the store that had what I was craving, before I had to go home to make some for my family. The pupusas were amazing and service was fast, and friendly. They're always so attentive even when just grocery shopping which reminds me of how much I love being Latino. Been living in the area for a while now but just now finally tried this spot out. Heard more recently about the good food they have, but never been in. It's a little grocery/butcher shop with a restaurant inside that serves a small but delicious items. Very nice and friendly staff, great prices, and food to match. I’ve never been to this place before and I’ve been in Hamilton for over 2 yrs and I pass by this place all the time and had no idea they even existed. I was craving Tacos, so I googled places in Hamilton. I came across this place and thought I’d take my shot! MAN!!!!!! I’m so glad I went! THE TACOS ARE AMAZING, real authentic! The sauces they make is unbelievable! Staff are super friendly. I’d recommend this place! I will be back next week! Haha!

Likely the most authentic tacos you'll find in the city, presented simply with cilantro, onion and lime wedges as well as salsa. Affordable to boot, beats the hell out of getting robbed for tacos at a "trendier" joint. The selection of Latin products is really good as well as a decent selection of hot sauce as well.

Delicious food and a wonderful little grocery store for ingredients that are not so easy to find. I went in looking for Arbol chillies and wow what a find. They also prepare authentic tacos. I had Chorizo, Al Pastor and a barbacoa tacos. Theses were some great tacos and the salsa was great as well.The people here are awesome come check it out.

Shockingly good and authentic. Like a lot of folks, I could never have imagined myself going in this place after driving by so many times. Well, say what you will about the delivery apps, but they gave me the chance to see and read the menu for La Bodeguita and with so many authentic mexican favourites and even Salvadoran pupusas, we had to order despite my reservations about their curb appeal. These are tacos like you would get on the streets of Mexico. Classic meats prepared with care for hours added to a double-layer soft corn taco with onions and cilantro. Lime and green (tomatillo?) salsa on the side. Simply perfect. Yes the Barbicoa is worth the $1 extra splurge. I could go on about the other dishes we've since tried, but I don't want to spoil it for you. Just go order. #trustthefatguy

U won't regret visiting this place. This is like a hidden gem that you only discover through word of mouth not through tripadvisor or yelp. Tacos are straightforward so fresh and satisfying with simple toppings of onion, cilantro and lime. I enjoyed eating their chorizo sausage. The chicharron is inexpensive and yummy. I like how this place is unpretentious and the workers are friendly and welcoming.

This will be the 3rd time that we call before we arrive to make sure there is enough time to order and each time we arrive before the kitchen closes, we sre told there is not enough time to serve us. Please take in account that this place closes at 7pm and we arrived there at 5:40pm just to be sure and yet we were let down once again. All because whatever they were doing in the back was more important than taking our order. I'm all about not making a big deal about stuff like this but truthfully, if you set the expectation that the kitchen will close 2 hours before the store does then maybe you'de get more referrals. If you want to close early, simply let me know when I call instead of telling me that we are good to place an order as long as its before 6pm. Its not like you have places for people to sit and hold you back from closing on time. And though I appreciate your response below, I must remind you that I even said I was ok waiting and that I would even drive around for 30 minutes if I had to. But then suddenly you said, "you know what, we won't be able to serve you". And that was with 20 minutes before the kitchen was to close and an hour and 20 minutes before the entire store had to close. Sorry if you dont like my review but its simply facts.

This place has really tasty tacos that remind me over my time in Latin America and at a fair price.
