If I can do not mark any star I would. It is a horrible dirty place. I am surprised that Public Health does not check sanitary conditions of this store. I was there one year ago and went yesterday. The same horrible dirty store. The person who takes cash money cuts cold cut, fresh meat and cakes without gloves and washing hands between tasks. Everything is doing with never wash hands. They allow customers to touch cooked whole piece of meat on the counter top by hands without gloves. This cooked meat will be served to many customers after. There are no price tags on almost every item in the store. You do not know what price they charge when you pay. The Health Public Inspection should perform they job better buy checking small family stores in Guelph. Although they have euro selection of food that you can not find in any other stores in Guelph, there is no excuse to keep store dirty and not safe to public. Similar store in Kitchener is crystal clean even has much bigger space.

This place is a scam. Watch your receipts, they will add transactions that you did not purchase, this happened to me for God knows how long, when I called them out on it they refused to refund what was clearly impossible (200 items at 2 cents). Take your money somewhere else, you will save! I have stopped shopping here.

I waited over 10 minutes to be served by the woman behind the counter. She was talking endlessly with a man in Polish and taking her time hanging out chatting with him. So finally I left with nothing. Worst shopping experience and customer service ever!

Clean, older building. Cash only. So thankful they sell many dry goods and sweet items I used to purchase in Mississauga. Cheese selection great. Safe and supporting a family in the community. If they don't have something, just ask. If they can bring in, they would be kind enough to try.
