We just used the grocery pick up they now have, and it was fantastic! I placed the order online and it was ready for pick up the next morning. There were a few things not in stock, but I was phoned and asked if it was ok to substitute for other items. I spoke with Taylor, she was great! Once the order was done our card was charged and I received an email with the number of bags to pick up. Nothing was missed and the produce picked out was very fresh. We went in, grabbed the bags and we were done! It was especially nice because we picked it up on Dec 23rd, and the store was pretty busy, so it was nice to not have to stand in line and deal with crowds. I had a promo code to have the fee for this service waived, but the fee is only $3, and for me I would pay that to use this again. Very convenient, especially since we have two little kids and one vehicle, so some days getting groceries can be difficult. Great work!

This store has the potential to be a good store however, the produce selection and quality is sorely lacking. I have often found the vegetables are tired and close to expiry. The salad selection is often very slim. On the upside, the store staff is very pleasant and check-out is quite efficient.

Favourite thing to do - I Pack My Own Groceries. No Thank U. I Don't Need Your Help. Customers need to Respect the Food. If you see Products on the floor pick it up. Don't abuse the Products. Be gentle. Someone has to buy this. Don't over squeeze the Avocado's. No one likes Damaged Fruit especially Bananas & Apple's. Everything has travelled great distances to get here. Everyone of them then proceeded into the back and started taping each other. We waited over 15 min and still never got to use the washroom. No Frills is owned by Loblaw, and you can find both "President's Choice" and "no name" branded products here. I usually shop at Jones No Frills. I thought it would be nice to change it up a bit and shop at Dominic's. I found mouldy udon noodles and an associate said "Yeah, that must have been from the case that broke." After that I found a box of Honeybuns torn open and one missing. I was told it happens often. It's so much darker than before. Plus there's significantly less ethnic foods here. I feel like it was sending a subtle message. I doubt I'll be back.

No Frills is a fairly priced grocery store and for that reason and the location being so accessible and close makes it one of the most frequented grocery stores that my fiancé and I do our daily shopping and our bigger, longer grocery trips. Just make sure you come prepared for the loooonnng line-ups. However, the length is sparatic and the staff do what they can to hurry the process as smoothly as they can, even if they're not necessarily what ends up happening, and covid protocol of course has some effects on everything.

Great place to shop for groceries. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared with the Zehrs that is closer to my house. My wife and I have noticed big savings by coming here and we both collect PC Optimum points so it's a bonus. It does however get very busy. There are a lot of University students in this area, so it serves a lot of groups of people. I usually end up in a big line at checkout when I shop here (usually on Sundays). The savings are worth it though.

This is my go-to Grocery store, despite moving uptown and closer to other stores. The produce can be hit or miss, and the prices vary oddly sometimes, but overall i find the quality and quantity of foods here to be very reasonable. I really enjoy the variety of produce available throughout the year, it's hard to find dragon fruit, lychee, Carribean sweet potatoes, and other 'unusual' produce around Guelph. I am also very excited about the new "Natural foods" aisle that has opened up, I'm now able to shop for my favorite 'specialty foods' all in one place which has made shopping for the week MUCH easier.

Prices tend to be 10% lower then other grocers like Metro, Zhers and Longos, but are in line with Food Basics. This particular location tends to be very busy, so expect to wait around 10 minutes in the check out line. The produce section and pre-prepared meals are lacking, but if you're in search of the staples at reduced prices, you're in luck.

When I first move to Guelph, I'm shocked that there is no Canadian Superstores. But in Guelph, No frills and Zehrs are like mini Canadian Superstore. Routinely have pricing issues at check out. Manager didn't put customer service first and told me in front of customers " if I did it for everyone we'd lose a lot of money". The actual price difference was 92 cents but the take it or leave it attitude of said manager was what was most irksome and ultimately embarrassing. In short, the store manager and staff need some lessons in efficieny, professionalism, and customer service.

This particular store stocks expired products, and when you let the CSM know, they act so unconcernedly, like it is a norm for them. I got some diary products from here, only to realize when I got home that they were expired. I spoke to the manager on duty, and she said there was nothing she could do about it.

I hate shopping here, it makes me sad and depressed. You have to bring a quarter or you can't use a shopping cart... I'm told this is so the poor people who shop there don't bring the carts home because they don't own cars and 25 cents is enough of an incentive to keep them from stealing it, that's just sad, not having to shop with the type of people who steal shopping carts is reason enough not to shop here. Inside everything is very cheap looking and the lights are too bright. The produce often instead of telling you it's actual origin often just says "asia" or "the tropics" which isn't very confidence inspiring. If you like boxed and bagged processed food you can save a fair bit of money here, but if you like real fresh ripe whole food.... well you get what you pay for....

Most of the store is fairly crowded, hard to social distance. However its when your leaving that is the worst. The lineups for checkout have no social distancing. The worst is the self checkout. I feel bad for the staff, they cannot maintain any sort of distancing in the checkout area all day every day.

But throughout the year, I have been shopping at Domenics no frills while visiting my daughter at the university. There is no other locations like Domenics no frills! This store is extremely impeccable, fruits and vegetables are fresh, alleys are kept organized and very clean! Staffs are friendly with great service and good manners! Strongly recommended this location.

A white cashier maybe on her almost senior was racist. My cart was full so I have water and other heavy stuff underneath the cart. When I was on the other line to pay my groceries, she kept telling the other cashier that I have stuff underneath. I felt she's thinking I would steal those stuff, and I won't tell the cashier in front of me. I just ignored her actions. When I was packing my groceries, I overheard a customer of the almost senior cashier that she missed to scan some groceries from a customer's cart underneath, after the customer paid. The customer was white too. The cashier works when the store opens. I always avoid her now.

My girlfriend placed a pc express order this weekend and boy it is such a great program. The quality and freshness chosen for us is superb, they even pack the groceries like it is a form of art. I believe she said her name was Taylor, if you are lucky enough to get her you will have a guaranteed perfect order. She was exceptional at explaining and helped me locate my bags.
