Curb side pick up was awful. Didn’t even know our order and it shows up on their receipt with my name. Tried to give our meal to the car next to us until the other person rummaged through our bag and said this wasn’t hers. Will only go here as a very last resort.

It’s McDs. Everything average except little desire to cater to device users. 1 plugin and low capped internet. Other places will get my money till you get a bunch of plugins. Power and USB for devices needed. Other redesigned McDonald’s have them. Will rate higher once this is fix. At least a few tables at min should have

One of the Slowest Macdonald's I've ever been to. The front end staff is great and are a pleasure to deal with but the store is slow, and I'm not sure why. Just be prepared to wait for your food

I went to the Glace Bay McDonalds today. I ordered an extra large coffee, a medium coffee and a small milkshake. I wanted a child’s milkshake but he said the smallest was a small. The guy said my order came to $8.02. I found this was a bit high of a price so I asked him how much the milkshake cost. He told me $3.whatever plus tax. I gave him $7 in cash and swiped my debit card for the remaining $1.02. He told me I still owe I’m $1. I said no I don’t I paid it. When I got up to the other window they told me I still owe $1. I said no I don’t I paid $7 in cash and used my bank card for the rest. He was extremely rude and told me I still owe $1. The guy from the first window came over there and I told him to give me my $7 back and keep the drinks. He kept repeating I owed $1. I told him four times to return my money that I paid. FINALLY they gave me my money back after I said I was about to come into the store. I left and went into a parking space to check my bank account. I indeed did pay that $1.02. The staff was so rude that I would NEVER go there again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else does either. Really really bad customer service and they still got my $1.02. I also later googled he cost of a milkshake and this good charges me for a large not a small.

My husband just got food through the drive thru fries were not cooked half raw ice cold with a ton of salt on them burgers are cold as well absolutely terrible.

The staff are generally very nice. Especially a certain young gentleman and the early morning crew. But always double check your order before leaving! Even the good ones can mistake a mayo instead of Mac sauce for your fries. ☺

Absolutely terrible. The staff can’t read. Asked for a burger with no cheese (I’m lactose intolerant) and they put cheese on it when the grill slip says NO CHEESE. I haven’t gotten McDonald’s in over a year and this is why. Every location hires children that can’t read or don’t care. Now I have to waste my time and gas and drive back for a refund cause they can’t do their job right.

Most of the staff are very nice. We are there twice a day to get coffee it would be nice if they would stir the coffee knowing that there is sugar in it but most of the time that never happens . In the evening the food is not the hottest especially the fries so we try not to eat there unless we're in a rush

This location provides drive through service late at night. Unfortunately the indoor eating area is closed to the public much to early. Today's visit was very quick. Placed my order at the drive thru. Got it in less than two minutes!!

Really bad visit the last time we were there. Hair in my fries..hubby's big mac, one of the meat paddies wasn't cooked good. Refunded the fries...wouldn't look at the burger..hubby threw it out. No hair nets being used. Only seen a few touching food with gloves...

8 times out of 10 the the order is wrong. Food is cold, or theyve previously offered "complimentary items" to make up for their mistake that you can pick up at a later time, only to be humiliated when you try to do so. They say "we dont know what you're taking about" Even if it were a manager assuring you would be able to pick up these items. Poor customer service. And what's with the snotty faces when you request the S&S sauce ? You would swear you were taking from the employees pockets! Go to a pizza shop or something.

Dollar drink days are the best. Coffee is hit or miss but the iced coffee and coffee Frappuccino is better than an ice cap ????

First, I'd say about 80% of my orders are not correct and about 99% of my wait times are long. Even for just a coffee or two and thats even with maybe a person or two infront of me. Also, they need designated parking spots for waiting cars as a large number of orders are backed up and have to wait. I always enjoy the food or I would never come back. But I most often relocate to sydney for accurate and speedy service.

For the 4th time food was forgotten. I got home and I was missing a hamburger. The previous 3 times it was hamburger and Fry's. I will travel to Sydney from now on to get food. I've never went back the times food was missing because it wasn't worth it and the hassle.
