Bit pricey but quality speaks for itself. Only issue is it's a bit small so if you need something like pork butt for pulled pork you need to order in advance

I've worked in the daycare nearby and always went to the gas station in the same plaza but never took the time to visit the store. I'm glad I finally did a few weeks ago because they have really good items that you would normally see in the countryside. I always buy an almond croissant, a quiche, caramel spread and a dessert like the date squares. It's all so good. My husband liked the salsa with his omelettes. I still go even though I'm 39 weeks pregnant ????????

Struggled between a 3 a d a 4 with this one. Bought some striploins, cuts were not the best. In fact had to get them to cut new ones as the one in the display was pretty sad kooking. Meat ended up being tasty but was expecting more for the price. Will have to try them again and see if I keep the same rating. Definately not a 5* though.

Just bought two rib-eye steak and they were horrible. Thin, bad cut, fatty. Do not reconmmend. Costco has way better steak.

I purchased a roast that wasn't great but I spoke to the owner and all was rectified. Looks like it was a bad cut which doesn't happen very often. I will continue to shop there as the owner took full responsibility for the issue which I truly appreciated.

When I have the taste of a good sirloin steak for the BBQ, a filet mignon for a fried steak or beef cubes for a Bourgignon beef, this is where I go. The skewers are also very good and fresher than what you find at the grocery store. Nice selection of Quebec beers. Only problem, the price of course, but you have to pay well to get quality. (Original) Toutes les viandes que j'ai achetées chez Bisson étaient excellentes. Quand j'ai le goût d'un bon bifteck d'aloyau pour le BBQ, d'un filet mignon pour un steak frites ou de cubes de boeuf pour un boeuf Bourgignon, c'est là que je vais. Les brochettes sont aussi très bonnes et d'une fraîcheur supérieure à ce qu'on trouve à l'épicerie. Belle sélection de bières québécoises. Seul hic, le prix bien sûr, mais il faut bien payer pour obtenir de la qualité.

Their partner's products range from good to tasteless. It is even better to avoid the bakery. Prix plus élevés qu'en épicerie mais injustifiés, ce qui vaudrait 2 étoiles s'il n'y avait pas le personnel sympathique et professionnel.
