And what about the service, the owner is super generous with his advice and very welcoming. (Original) Un des meilleur steak que j’ai mangé dernièrement. On peut les faire mariner dans une sauce de notre choix, nous avions choisi érable et chipotle. Ils coupent la largeur que tu veux devant toi, on ne peut pas avoir plus frais. Ils font leurs saucisses également. Nous en avons essayé 2 sortes, délicieuses et remplie de viandes, consistantes. Et que dire du service, le proprio est super généreux de ses conseils et très accueillant.
