Out for a drive for the weekly grocery run and not yet having found a source for thicker cuts of quality steaks and pork chops, we decided to stop in when we saw the sign. The gentleman behind the counter was very warm and friendly with excellent customer service. When he learned we were very lacking in conversational French, he was happy to converse with us in his excellent English. The shop caries a wide variety of high quality meats and charcuterie products along with a smaller variety of cheeses. The butcher took time to explain the varieties available and showed pride in his work as well as very practiced and impressive knife skills. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to enjoying a fulfilling dinner tonight.
