Nice guy but if you have a high(er) end bike-stay away. Brought my bike in to specifically get the bracket tightened. This is the only thing I wanted him to fix. Instead the owner decided to fix my gears (which were shifting perfectly before he touched them) and lube my chain (which was cleaned and lubed a day earlier). I had to wipe whatever the hell he put on my chain off before my next ride and correct the shifting of my gears. I left with my bike in worse condition and he charged me $45. Do not recommend. Go to Kingston instead.

Friendly, honest, informative and a wealth of knowledge all rolled into one. Harold was a pleasure to deal with and provided a cost effective solution for repairing my son's bicycle wheel.
