The meat was definitely high quality but they are not good at butchering it at all. I ordered a half cow from them, asked for at least lean beef or extra lean if they could. The hamburger is regular lots of fat in it. The steaks are the worst butcher job I have ever seen.(I get a half cow every year). None of the steaks are cut evenly and properly. Rib steak bones instead of being 50-50 on the rib it's closer to 70-30. Bones barely attached to meat because of a miscut or half the bone missing. Will not be going back ever sadly since it is good meat just poorly butchered. Tony's prime cuts will do a quarter for the same price so I will be going there.

Ordered our first freezer pack today from Yerxa's. Staff was patient while asked a million questions. Looking forward to returning again.

Great service either at the Boyce Market or at the shop from all the staff. We ask for particular cuts and are never disappointed, even though we are generally discerning about the meat we eat.
