It use to be great. But they cut the meat and fish to thin to keep the price down. All the steaks are like minute steaks now. And even if you get them to cut you a piece. They pick the worst meat they got for you. And minute steak the best pieces. Better off at Costco now.

Best place for fresh lobster. My family has shipped lobster from here across Canada. It worked out perfectly. We have also taken it on a plane as a checked bag and it worked very well also. Great selection of meat and produce. I prefer it here for meat and vegetables than Sobeys or Superstore. Freshness and great service from the staff. Been coming here for over 30 years now and I've never walked out unhappy.

Had steaks from there this weekend at a little family gathering, TERRIBLE. Tough, no flavour, and full of gristle. They weren’t cheap steaks either. They were so bad the dog didn’t even want to eat them. Very disappointed. Definitely will not be back.

I always say support local.. this one I dont know as I don't shop there often...but I was there today.. the service I received was at "0" star. Personal at the meat section was not friendly to begin with & was not able to answer a simple question despite other behind the door seem to ignore as well.. I don't know. 1 off or as I mentioned other employees were there too... are front end cashier was ... Ok yeah .. it did seem like she didn't wanted to be there today & was a forced shift.
